It has let me become more active as well as being able to focus at work. I couldn’t do this while on my prescription opiates.

I have chronic pain and fatigue. This has given me my life back! The only side effects I've had are constipation and dehydration if I don't drink enough water. It's great for energy, mood boost and pain relief.

I used kratom capsules (which I capped myself) for knee pain prior to a knee replacement. It was the only thing that cut through the pain and made life bearable. I did not want to use opioids due to their addictive tendencies even though multiple OTC medications and creams did not get rid of the pain. Kratom was the only thing that kept me walking for many months.

I use kratom for pain, depression, and anxiety. It has been life changing (for the better!) for me.

I'm not one to believe in all the "Big Pharma" crap, or "all natural" hype. I just wanted relief from my pain after the Pain Clinic made me get off the narcotics that were working for me due to the opioid crisis. I tried many things including CBD oil, NSAIDs, therapy, etc. A friend recommended Kratom. After researching it, and being in constant pain (due to degenerative disc disease and fibromyalgia), I decided to give it a try. Right now I'm taking 1/2 gram capsule as needed and it definitely helps ease off the pain. I haven't tried it on a terrible pain day yet, but if need be, I'll go up to 1 gram. So far, I'm happy. I have suffered from fibromyalgia pain, muscle tension, fatigue, and brain fog for 20 years. I have also been diagnosed with psoriatric arthritis for about as long; this causes my body to be inflamed and in pain in one area of my body for months at a time. The pain and inflammation then move somewhere else in my body and the cycle repeats. After studying kratom for about 6 months, I finally decided to give it a try (I am a cautious individual). The first time I took it I was amazed by two things: (1), I was pain-free (the pain was gone, not just reduced), and (2) my muscles relaxed for the first time in 15 years. These effects lasted for about 6 to 8 hours. I also experienced a burst of energy and felt highly productive due to not being distracted by pain. I have only noticed two minor side effects: (1) I had a slight headache the morning after taking it (this has not happened since then), and (2) I have had a slight tendency towards constipation from using kratom (but not enough to be a problem for me). I have not found kratom to be addictive. I take a moderate dose (2 tsp of the Red Fibro blend - powder, not capsules - from PA Botanicals) once a day before bed to have a better night's of sleep (a big deal for folks with fibro). Once in a while I will take a dose during the day if I have a need to be more productive. I have stopped taking kratom for several days on occasion and have had no withdrawal symptoms other than the return of the pain and muscle tension. Kratom has given me great relief. It has been far more effective than the fibro meds (Flexeril and Lyrica) I used to take. Like so many other positive testimonials, I was addicted to opiates (Fantanyl, Morphine, Hydrocodone, Tramadol, etc) after two back surgeries for a chronic condition. When the doctor pulled me off the meds, I found kratom. Not only did it save my life, it is a massive help with the pain that continues today and for the rest of my life. To see this leaf compared by WebMD to any sort of opiate -- including effects -- or to call it "dangerous" is absolutely absurd and even irresponsible. Tolerance is possible with high dosage and frequent daily use, along with uncomfortable side effects. This can be mitigated by reducing dosages and ultimately taking breaks. Any comparison of this leaf to an opiate is utterly ridiculous and completely false. i was taking 10 to 14 pain pills a day due to addiction for 10+ years. I heard about kratom and gave it a try. I do take a high dose. 5 capsules first then 2 therefore after every 2 hours. it keeps me sane and gives me a euphoric high. I recommend this to anyone in need.

Sick of all of the lies that this page and other supporters of Big Pharma put out on the side effects. I have used it a long time and NEVER experienced any side effects other than relieving severe pain. Stop lying for corp Amerika.! It totally got me off of opioids. NO SIDE EFFECTS!

Use for neuropathy pain. I only use it to do cardio exercise 3 times a week. Relieves pain without causing brain fog. Makes me feel like I’m a normal person again instead of a burden to my family.

As a 20 year veteran of many conflicts in as many arenas around the world, there was a time (not so long ago) that I could no longer function as a member of our "great nation" (either as a citizen or armed combatant). The psyche DRs. would prescribe medicines that would literally put me in a zombie-like state and create a monster that could not provide the financial, emotional or protection that my family needs to thrive (it was killing us all slowly). The general practitioners would keep me on opiates to help manage chronic pain(s) from many wounds suffered. These pills and solutions kept me sick, numb, dependent and financially bankrupt. A couple years ago I found kratom and am now able to think, work, provide for my family and given me a chance to become a productive citizen again (which is all I wanted after enduring acute stress and pain for so many years). It is my opinion that those pushing for the ban on kratom to be only interested in their own financial gain and could care less for the well-being of the citizens that kill and die for the "freedom" this country touts so loudly. There is no profit to be gained from kratom for those who oppose the legal status (as most of these are profiting hugely from pharmaceuticals); but for those who have lost most or all semblance of a "normal" life... or life itsel: Kratom is priceless. Please: Look at the unbiased science of kratom and the good it does for millions of people in our county alone. Do not let your state be bullied by the profiteers and hypocrisy of those pushing to ban kratom: They are not doing this to protect the citizens of the USA... rather they are scared of losing profit and control of those they are sworn to represent (and obvious that they do not represent us). Please keep kratom from being scheduled: There are many who would like to live normal lives again and this plant is a way for a great number of us to accomplish this goal. herniate disk in my neck took nerve blockers for many years and one day i tried Kratom and I take it every 3 to 4 days as necessary as opposed to taking 600mg of gabapentin and 600mg of Motrin daily which i no longer take or need.

It helps me take my oxicotin prescription as prescribed by my doctor. I was abusing oxicotin and alcohol. Have quit alcohol for 1 month now

I have been looking forever for something to ease my anxiety. This one really works without the fog of benzos. I use about 2 grams at a time.n Last for about 4 hours. I would be unemployed without it. I have panic disorder. My wife uses it for depression. This really works.
