I was diagnosed with UC. I couldn't tolerate the medicine. Insurance didn't cover probiotics. I started buttermilk, diarrhea and bleeding stopped. I continue to drink 1/2 to 1 glass daily. No symptoms habe returned.

Constant persistent nose drip. Completely cleared. I ferment whole milk with unflavored kefir at room temperature till thick and sour, whisk with a whip till smooth . Sometimes I add berry's at the end. God is good. The form for this comment is faulty, sorry.
