I started taking Theanine daily (100mg a day) after 2 weeks of daily panic attacks. Right away I noticed a difference. I could feel the anxiety build and then die down. Before taking the supplement I would spend 15 minutes in a full blown attack. I took it daily for 60 days. Now, I take it on days when I feel anxious or under a lot of stress. I tell everyone with anxiety to try it. There ar...

Just started having anxiety attacks w/stomach issues. My NP suggested I try this. Love it! My burning stomach is almost immediately relieved and I am able to calm down and function much better. Currently taking 200-400 mg/day depending on need.

With the Now brand, only the 200mg version helped me sleep much better at night. The 100's didn't do a thing for me day or night

This product has significantly helped but not completely eliminated my anxiety. I have been able to stop using Xanax. The side effects indicate that the product should be used short term. But my anxiety has bothered me most of my life. Has anyone used this product long-term and were there any adverse effects?

After suffering from anxiety on and off for many years, and trying various diffrent approaches, thought id give l theanine a try, after taking my first 200mg tablet, i didnt notice much difference for the first couple of hours, then i noticed i did feel calmer in mind, but also had a jittery nervouse feeling , which is not good when trying to ease ones anxiety ,it would ebb and flow, also it made me feel sleepy, may try taking just half of tablet next time and see how it goes.

I have never been a worrying person and have no experience of anxiety until I reached menopause. Theanine helps me to fight this symptoms, it makes me calm and focused. I take it only when it's needed. Even so, there are still a couple of days when my estrogen is so low that not even Theanine gives help, but still, many times it gives a huge relief.

For those time when anxiety gets the best of me, a 200mg cap of theanine helps to calm without causing drowsiness. It also helps lower my blood pressure.

I have been taking Theanine to help me relax and fall asleep. It has worked, but recently the day after taking it I have noticed that have had some dizzy spells and almost passed out. I already have low blood pressure. I am wondering if it is lowering my blood pressure too much.

I discovered L-Theanine a few years ago and it hs been a life changer and saver in regards to anxiety and PMS. I have used dosages from 100mg to 600mg. I buy both 100MG and 200mg bottles. Source naturals is one of my favorites! All brands are not equal nso if you are using a brand with no effect either up your dosage or try another brand. L-Theanine along with magnesium helps tremendously with anxiety. You will be nice and calm all the time with no druggy or jittery effects.

I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia. If my meds aren't quite cutting it I take this. Saved my life! Can't be without it. I go to puritan's pride online. Great price. Always works.
