This rating is for regular "oblong tablets only-NOT THE ROUND ONES" brand name Nuprin---which I cannot find anywhere. These have worked great for me-I have rheumatoid arthritis -I take one Nuprin daily ,(rarely need two) and 1-2 percocet-I have mostly no pain ,I don't get sleepy. have no dangerous side effects and I truly believe it has kept me from getting worse.
