I got the best sleep while taking folbic acid. My dad had Alzheimer's and would get sundowners. He would wonder around at night and couldn't find his way back to bed. I started giving him the Folbic tab and he slept like a baby. I told his Dr about it and he started prescribing Folbic Tab to him. It helped my dad and me get sleep. Later blood test did show some elevated B?.Read More Read Less

My doctor prescribed folbic acid because of the increased amount of Homocysteine in the blood, but also he indicated that it would help kick start absorption of insulin. I feel better and my glucose levels stay pretty consistant. I am controlling the Diabetes through nutrition.

I had many miscarriages before my doctor found a blood clotting disorder on both of my chromosomes. I started to take this and a baby aspirin a day -- I got pregnant and had a perfect little boy one year later. I will never stop taking this drug.
