I had the most debilitating panic attacks! I started getting them at 23 yrs old. Beforehand, I didn't even know there was such a thing! I thought I was having a heart attack (other panic-disorder sufferers know what I mean!) So, for YEARS, I would have an attack w/out any outside trigger or reason. I stopped drinking coffee, alcohol, and even thought that I was causing them from eating high-fat fo...

Until June, I have been on 6mgs of this poison for seven years. In my opinion, it is given out to easily, prescribed at high doses for too long at a time, and is highly addictive if used for most two weeks. I've been going through withdrawal for weeks and it is only the beginning of what I will endure. Just watch the videos on Youtube or Google Klonopin Withdrawal and you will be horrified. I have...

Have been on Klonopin for 6 years, 1 mgm a day. After using Xanax and several others, Klonopin has been totally effective for treatment of my panic disorder. sure that is psychological but whatever the reason, it works 100% of the time.

Have been taking 1 mg twice a day for about 6 months and it has worked well until the last couple of weeks. Going through alot of stress dad died my sister has cancer and going through chemo and feel so stressed i can barely take a deep breath. Wondering if increasing for a time being will make me feel better. It just not help anymore and the only thing i can think of maybe i need stronger dose. Anyone get stronger dose and it helped? I have been taking 1mg of Klonopin for the last several years, i was on 5mg's and felt like a zombie, so my doctor tappered me down to 1mg, by going down a 1/2 mg a month. It works well for my anxiety, and insomnia.

I have anxiety and this helps me to relax. The only issue I have is that it makes me extremely tired. I started taking it at night but now I have to take another during the day, defeating the purpose. I take it along with a anti-depressant, Celexa (Citalopram) and the combination works great for me.

I am very pleased with this med. I do have Epilepsy but am taking it for restless leg syndrome and it is working. I take .5MG before bedtime. It seems that my appitite is getting bigger and am wondering if that is what's causing it. I also have Diabetes(38 years) and I do not need more of an apppitite.

I had been taking 3mg or xanax(alprazalam) and was taken of cold turkey. It was a nightmare, litterly. I had 3 days and 2 nights of hallucinating, and was alone thru it all. I was put on klonopin, 1mg, and finally I was sane again. The world was not so hard and bright, I didn't feel like losing control and best of all, it didn't turn me into a zombie, which xanax did. Thank heavens for clonopin, it gave me my life back.

I have tried other anxiety drugs out there, and this one works the best for me. I take 1mg once a day at bedtime and I can work through my next day. It helps calm me down with my stresses of daily life and my health problems with my kids.

Good experience, but now trying to get off. I have been on Klonopin over 10 years, 3pills at night. I'm dropping down very slow but still having a rough time with headaches and stomach withdrawals

I have been taking this medication for 4 years now. It has absolutely saved my life! Literally! Recently, I downed my dose of 2 mg's per day, to 1 mg's per day. I could feel a huge differance. I began to have the heaviness back in my head, and I was feeling as anxious as "I don't even know what." I almost had a panic attack just laying on the couch watching tv. So I went to the medicine cabinet, and pulled out my 1 mg pill(I take this thice a day) and also had to ad 0.5 to that. The feeling was amazing. No more anxiety. No more panic!! Some side affects can be bad, but this stuff is a must for those suffering from disabling panic/anxiety. It'll save your life! I give Clonazepam a solid 10/10. Amazing med here. I think I'll ask the doc if I can increase my dose to 1.5 mg's twice a day(3 mg's).Read More Read Less
