I don't find the Guifenesen mgs but this thinned mucus in order to finally help clear head and ears along with chest congestion and long nagging cough. DON't understand why this or just guifenesin/mucinex is only available over the couter. When I had to take long term for allergy syptoms, it was $6.00 for 180 1 per day now I pay $25.00 for 24 MUCINEX, but also have to be sure to get to the pharmacy to get them every 2 weeks, instead of 1 every 3 months
