I just started Cymbalta yesterday for the second time. Only reason I stopped taking it (about two years ago) was because of the cost but now it comes in generic. When I took it the first time I had a GREAT experience with it. Nothing works better for me than Cymbalta so when I heard it came out in generic form I was so happy and couldn't wait to get back on it. I have been dealing with depression/...

Unfortunately most medications are designed to make you take more medications. Remember a sick society is profitable to Insurance, Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry. If they were to cure you the world would over populate and a very large sector of the financial markets would collapse and destroy the world economy. An economic system based in Hegelian Dialect simply no longer works anymore. But l...

CYMBALTA IS WHAT I CALL MY "HAPPY PILL". EVERYONE AROUND ME CAN TELL WHEN I'M NOT ON MY MEDS AND I FEEL HORRIBLE WHEN I DONT TAKE IT FOR A WEEK OR TWO. I KNOW IT SHOULD BE TAKEN EVERYDAY BUT SOMETIMES I THINK I DONT NEED IT. BELIVEVE YOU ME I FEEL THE DIFFERENCE.

This medicine is a miracle for me. I am happy for the first time in my life. I am 69 years old and going through a divorce. My children are estranged from me and still I am happy and enjoying life for the first time. It may have caused me to become overweight but I don't care. I would rather be fat and happy then thin and unhappy.

This medication has noticeably improved my overall mood, and the only side effect I've had is being hot all the time and sweating a lot more than usual. Can't wait til the weather cools down:)

I got put on this medicine three weeks ago and it is already showing a difference. I use to have mood swings every day and I have only had like three in three weeks. This is an excellent medicine and I highly recommend it for people that have major depressive disorder or mood swings problems.

I have was diganosed with Major Depression almost 10 years ago, I have never found a drug that worked as well as Cymbalta. My doctors have tried many different therapies and meds but Cymbalta has been the best mediction for my symptoms.

.I was using Effexor and was getting more and more depressed. Finally, I asked my dear sweet doctor i he could switch me to Cymbalta! Within 2 days I was feeling better! Within a week I was feeling terric, within a two weeks - I am soooooooooooooo happy! I have my life back! I enjoy life again! I still have a few areas to work on, but it's normal areas that normal people work on. Now I can cope with them.

I just started taked Cymbalta 2 weeks ago, I had to be weaned off of Zoloft (150 mg daily) which took 2 weeks to get down to 25 mgs daily of Zoloft. Then I started with 20 mgs Cymbalta for 2 weeks and I'm on my 3 day of 30 mgs. The last month has been trying to say the least

Taken once daily, the medicine was easy to use, however, I lost about 10 lbs. I didn't eat. I just slept, usually about 18 hrs per day. I even found the medication to be behavior altering. I was very apathetic, but at times, aggressive towards other people.
