I had no changes taking this med. It actually made my nose run more and I was just tired. I had more luck and better luck with sudefed 24 hour.

My nose was draining like a faucet and it ended up as bronchitis. I tried over the counter and my doc gave me this...it helped immediately. I did get drowsy but not too bad. It helped when I needed to sleep in order to heal!

Easy to use. 1 at night and 1 when I wake. Did not make me drowsy, but can have different affects on differetnt people.

The only side effect I've had is it made me talk a lot more than usual. I guess a little hyper than drowsey.
