Been hospitalized over 1 dozen times on vomiting n dirrarea. It works great on me.

Take this 1-2 days prior to sailing then 1-2 days at 1st of sailing trip. Although sometimes in very rough seas have not had any sea sickness.

It's clears up mu nose and allows me to sleep at nite as well.

It's not too bad, as long as you have enough drink to get it down your throat before it starts dissolving. It burns like hell on your tongue! The issue I have is that, even if you take it with drink, it tends to want to stick to the inside of your mouth no matter how you take it... It's obnoxious! Other than that, I use it for motion sickness and nausea associated with my migraines. First started taking it a few years back when I was pregnant and couldn't hold anything down (severe vomiting through my entire pregnancy). Without this, I wouldn't have survived my first pregnancy. I was probably vomiting 4+ times a day before I started taking this. Other than the dissolving on your tongue issue, this is somewhat of a miracle pill. If you take it when you first start feeling bad, you won't have to worry about throwing up at all. This medicine is great. I for so many years have suffered of nausea and vomiting and this is the first time I am prescribed something that really works. I don't use every day just on those they that it's really bad.

only problem is I feel jittery when the medication wears off, other than that it does exactly what it's prescribed for.

This is a very good drug .I have used it now and then for a sick stomach and it works very well!

I have been using this medication during the winter months for years for cold allergy ( Urticaria ) which causes painful itch/rash, swollen face and whelps on face caused from the cold weather. The colder the weather the worse it is. Cold wind makes it even worse. Promethazine helps it from starting or keeps at a minimum and relieves the discomfort of a very painfull allergy and stops runny nose and tearing eyes, etc. associated with it.

When I have a virus or infection which settles in my chest, I suffer from prolonged bouts of coughing which make sleeping at night almost impossible. Taking this insures a good night's sleep every night.

This medication has been keeping me alive (so it seems). I love it. The only thing i dislike is that it takes about an hour or so to kick in.
