I MAY AS WELL JUST DRINK A GLASS OF WATER. I FEEL NO DIFFERENT AFTER TAKING MEDICATION. The PEOPLE WITH EXTREME reactions must be blessed with a very good placebo effect.

Prescribed for my sciatica muscle spasms. Took ONE small pill it at night, worked fine - relaxed all my muscles. Slept ok. Woke up still relaxed, by now I thought it would wear out. It�s near evening, my whole day was spent in a brain fog, sedated, too weak to do basic things, too awake with my thoughts. Being an active person this kind of �down� drug is a hellish trip. This drug does nothing for me.. I take 10 mg 3 x daily and I have NO side effects, NO drozzyness, and worest of all ...it doesn't help with the problem the doctor prescribed it for.

I have had 6 back surgeries and have an implanted Spinal Stimulator to help with pain in lower back and legs. After release from Neurosurgeon, my primary would not prescribe Valium for spasms and RX'd this instead (PRN). Taken 2x before bed (9pm) and each time I was still stoned at 10am. I am asking DO to find something different without the hangover!

have a thoracic or cervical nerve issue that affects a few shoulder muscles on my right side. This drug loosens things up and puts me out like a light, so it's definitely only used at night (don't know how people survive the 3x a day dosing). Causes significant constipation for me, along with an increase in symptoms of depression and I am much more easily aggravated by minor, insignificant things. Not really worth it overall except as a sleeping pill; I would recommend ibuprofen for muscle pain instead.Read More Read Less

I hate the side affects, but I monitor myself due to this drug do work for me. Depending on the pain, 1/2 to 1 tablet b4 I go to bed. It states it should not be taken long term, but is all I been prescribe beside diclofenac which I take the same way, both as needed only.

Do not take this med. OMG. I just researched this after taking for a diagnosis of sciatica (which I never do, I usually do extensive research). READ the side effects people. I have had horrible constipation for weeks (just figured it out after reading side effects). I am 124 lbs, size 4-6, the distension (sp?) is like I'm 4 months pregnant, the excruciating lower back pain due to the constitpation is almost intolerable. STOP taking. Try a good non-cracking chiro!!!

This does help for muscle spasms and pain

after injuring the muscles in my hips, my doctor prescribed me this medication when needed before I go to bed. I think it works great! when I use it I can do my stretches as needed so I can help repair my muscle back to normal.

It did nothing for my pain. I have now been taking valium (diazepam) and 2x a day 10mg each, my spasms are now gone!!! Definitely better than flexeril

I experienced, dry swelling mouth, erratic fast heart beat, constipation after taking just 4 pills. Never again!

Not effective at all! To consume this medication and gain no benefit for the ailment, however acquire side effects that can cause other ailments is undeniably counterproductive. I wouldn't put my body through the stress. Definitely not worth the money your giving away.

not effective for pain, but does knock me out even at half dose. causes vivid nightmares, fogginess next day and depression. Not worth it. Has to be something better

Had stenosis of the spine - C3 and C4 vertabrae. Surgery helped, but still afer 3 years had continual problems. A Dr. finally prescribed this and have no nerve/muscle problems now.

I've been taking this for several months twice a day and it has had no effect on my pain/spasms

I e been clinching my jaw at night, unknowingly, causing horrible jaw popping and soreness during the day. Plus causing neck pain. I've been taking before bed for three days and have noticed a HUGE difference. Doctor said once it feel better to stop, so I won't take one tonight, but he said if I notice it again during the day to take them again for a few days untill unnoticeable again!

It helped with the muscle spasms (lower back) but caused mental depression, so I can use it. Soma worked very well in the past, but the doctors won't prescribe is anymore.

Chronic back pain (mostly due to large breasts) and arthritis in my Cspine and Tspine. This medication does not seem to have any effect on me. I'm better off taking Aleve or Motrin. It also makes my mouth very dry. it does not make me sleepy.
