I need potassium because I get leg cramps and it seems to be the only thing that helps my leg cramps..I have tried some of the homeopathic products and they work for a quick fix, but then my legs start cramping right back up. The potassium Gluconate seems to be the only thing that works for me

I have been taking for two weeks and have noticed cramping is pretty much gone. Also, don't feel so fatigued. I'm hoping glucose levels improve since I've been told I was borderline diabetic. Will find out next blood panel. I've been taking 90 mg. Will update, but so far, am happy with results!

Some side effects, frequent urination occasional thirst. However nothing very bad. Overall I recommend it however I have chosen to take it every other day instead of daily. The side effects are diminished.

I use 500mg Potassium Gluconate(PG), OTC, in lieu of RX as the RX makes me light headed and sick to my stomach. Checks on my blood indicate there is no problem when I accompany my Furosemide (20mg tablet and Metropolol SUCC ER (25mg tablet) for high blood pressure, with a PG 500mg OTC tablet. However, I believe I have a truckload of side effects from the generic Metropol! I take the Furosemide for swelling in my feet, ankles and legs. (I have chronic pain in my legs, hips, thighs and buttocks and intermittent cramps in my legs and thighs). Read More Read Less

Took it for circulation and heart problems. Got all of the severe side effects; extreme thirst, frequent urination, vomiting, diarrhea. Be extremely careful with this product.

I was a new runner and after 3 miles my toes would go numb. Upon medical advice, I was instructed to take 1 potassium tablet a day. After 1 week the numbness subdue. I will write another review after 3 months.
