This product works well for sinus problems, but caused digestive issues, fatigue, diarrhea and heartburn. I will not take it again.

Took this for sinus congestion. After a few days started feeling anxious, heart racing, sweaty hands and feet, digestive issues. Did get rid of my sinus congestion, but will not use again.

Been suffering from sinus headaches and nothing was taking them away. Took Tylenol severe sinus and the pain and pressure was gone within an hour.

I first used this with a sinus infection. With hiw well it worked I started using it for my sinus issues. At first I noticed a stomach ache and muscle aches for about an hour after taking it. I ignored it as it would go away and then I'd feel better. Then for months whenever I started having tight chest and a starving for air feeling. Like I couldnt breathe deep. One night was so bad I went to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack. I had stopped taking it with my sinus headaches and just used regular tylonol for about a week and all of the chest pain, tightness, breathing labor stopped. While taking it I stopped being able to have morning coffee as well and stoooed drinking it. Had no idea all of this was because of the medicine. Absolutely terrible. I had a bad fever a while back, took this medicine since it says “severe”. Ended up making me worse. Now the other day I just had a cough and sore throat, nothing else. Took this since it says cough and sore throat on it. Made me worse again. On top of that I now have a stuffy nose and chills. Great product Tylenol! You should be ashamed!!

Medication made me very dizzy, changed my sense of smell, and my heart race. I have never had an experience like that to phenylephrine or tylenol or guaifenesin in the past, but something about the combination together did not agree with my system. I will not use this medication again.

I have used this product before and finally realized that this medicine had been causing my heartbeat to feel irregular, severe "heartburn" feeling, and a very sore throat. The heartburn and irregular heartburn lasted almost 2 hours and was almost unbearable. I had suspected that it was this medicine, and I know for a fact it was now bc the same symptoms started around 15 min after taking the pills this last time. Heart racing, suicidal thoughts, thought I was losing my mind, anxiety, dream of being attacked by fire ants, beetles, wasps...

I have used this product for about 3 yrs whenever I have sinus problems - due to the weather and it has never failed me. It is the only thing that I have used that takes away the pain & pressure.

I have been taking this product for 2 weeks now for cold and sinus symptoms. My symptoms continue to get worse with no relief.

This medication caused my future mother-in-law and I both to have nearly fatal allergic reactions. After writing Tylenol to ask what they had put in their product that was not listed on the label, they insisted that I try the product again in hopes of having a better experience. After my whole body being covered in really itchy swollen welts, severe dizziness, not being able to breathe, and a tightness in my chest, why would I try this awful product again?

It made me nervous and feel funny, i would definetly use caution when using this medicine.
