It works really fast relieving the pain due to UTIs. However, I get extreme leg cramps from my hips all the way to my toes. The muscles seem to be pulling against each other.

Worked almost instantly. Only con is it upsets your stomach and causes nausea or at least for me. But no more discomfort

After completing antibiotic treatment for a UTI The symptoms returned on a Friday night. So I went to the AZO Cranberry UT Health as well as the pain relief medicine Phenazopyridine Hydrochloride. The pain diminished and went away after a day of treatment. I took the pain relief for 2 days and continue with the Cranberry UT Health. No recurrence of symptoms.

Azo cranberry urinary tract health really works. Go out and buy it now. It took 3-4 hours to work. I was about to go to the emergency room.

I literally just started using this medication about three hours ago, and I can already tell the difference. It was very painful for me to urinate and I felt as if I had to go constantly! About an hour after I took this medicine, the pressure to pee every five seconds went away. Also, the burning sensation during urination also decreased as well! It didn't go away completely, but I just started taking the medicine so I'm assuming it'll get better the more I take it! The only odd thing is that my pee is a very dark orange color, which the box the medication came in stated that might happen. A weekend attack of a UTI - we've all been there! My pharmacist recommended this drug (OTC) until I could get a prescription from my MD. He also recommended keeping it on hand for future attacks. It's not expensive but worth everything when you need it.

I had a serious side effect, irregular heartbeat. I would suggest that people read the side effects before taking. I should have done this!

I really don't know what's in this stuff but it works incredibly well - almost instantly - to relieve discomfort and pain of UTI.

I have frequent UTIs. This is a cheap and quick option instead of waiting/paying for prescription. Does the same thing!

Relieved the urgency and pain in urination until I was able to see a doctor. It works.

I have taken azo for two days with little or no improvement. It is still painful for me to urinate.

I am male, having painful and frequent urination and also all symtoms of flu like nonstop headache and whole body ache. I used 2 pills of generic drug bought from Walgreen and the pain and urge to go the bathroom stopped within 15 minutes to give me some needed rest. Thanks for the drug! I am also treated with antibiotics. I write this review after one usage.

Had gone to the ER for major leg pain and was diagnosed with sciatica and to my suprise a UTI. The anibiotics worked well, but s couple weeks later I felt the pain in my abdomen with painful cramping and frequent trips to potty with little relief. My sister recommended Azo Maximum Strength and also to drink cranberry juice and plenty of water. She warned me of the flourescent orange urine- I get a giggle out of that! I could also gauge by the brightness whether or not I was due for the next dose. I have found it helpful to get through a weekend until the folowing Monday when Dr. Office is open to get antibiotics again. I "always" keep this medication in my home because I know it works!

Ten years ago I had bladder cancer and surgery solved the problem; Since then and for the rest of my life, I am required to have cystoscopies which cause sensitivity and burning upon urination. Azo has been a great help in dealing with that pain and in a day or so of it's use, the pain stops. Yes, my pee is bright orange for awhile but who cares? The stuff works!!

I have frequent urinary tract infections and AZO helps to dull the pain and frequency of urination until I can ge tto the doctor. Understand that AZO is a PAIN RELIEVER and will not get rid of the infection.
