I have used epsom salt for high blood pressure for 5 years(an old folk remedy) and it has kept my numbers low without taking all those harmfull meds. I drink 1/2 teaspoon in about 12oz of water every other day. No bowel trouble or side effects.

I have used Epsom salt hot baths to ease the aches & pains after a vehicular accident. Is this effective?

Espom salt tastes awful and it was hard to drink. It does the job and cleanses you out. I would recommend using it when you know you will be at home all day!
