I use Floranex to treat and prevent candida. At the first sign of overgrowth, I take 4 and continue to take 4 every few hours until I have relief. Best thing ever!! I wish I could get them wholesale.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the directions said "serving size 4 tablets" that's it. I didn't know if it should be taken when I took the antibiotics or how many times it should be taken. I got on WebMD to find out the information and WebMD didn't even have it. So I wasn't sure if I was taking it correctly or not.
