3rd week of using Subutex to treat pill addiction. Overall, it has been a pretty good experience. I'm using it along with other prescribed meds to help with withdrawl/sleep difficulty.

It is difficult when you are ill to disolve this foul tasting pill under your tongue for sooo long after u are just ready to feel good and if u accidentally swallow it, u have wasted the pill it is expensive too expesive to be wasteable. stupid sub lingual

This medication honestly has saved my life! I have almost no cravings and it also really helps out w/ my pain issues as well. I would recommend this to anyone who is facing addiction to opiates.

Its been a bit of a difficult transition from methadone maintenance treatment to Buprenorphine maintenance treatment, and the medicine takes a little while (up to 10 minutes for one quarter of an 8mg pill) to dissolve (and it tastes like crap). That being said, its a lifesaver for many.

This medicine has saved me from my opiate addiction, plus the pain I have, your not chasing a high, like with opiates, you just feel normal, takes away all my craving I was having, its a miracle!
