This keeps me super erect to the end , However I found that some doctors give you Flomax with this drug . but the two should not be taken together in many cases. I'm a 79 year old male in pretty good shape. No high blood pressure, great heart, perfect weight to height, etc. Have trouble keeping erection. I'm 48 and in pretty good shape/fit, but just not as 'able' as my younger days. My bride of 20 years isn't slowing down though. I like that the generic comes in smaller doses (20mg pills) b/c a full dose is really where I see side effects--headache, indigestion, etc. My best experience has been to take it on as close to an empty stomach as possible, wait awhile before eating much, avoid drinking much and I've had great results. If taking with food I find a higher dose needed and then it comes with the typical flushing, side effects etc. Take before eating and the effect is pronounced and better managed. Lower dose and I'm fine. I'd definitely avoid heavy drinking on a full dose as the next day can be tough if you're prone to hangovers...I am. Don't learn that lesson the hard way. DIDN'T WORK WASTE OF MONEY

I'm 62. Over the past 5 years my erections have been gradually becoming less hard and more finicky. After hearing that generic Viagra was available I decided to ask my doctor. I take a 25mg tab and cut it up into quarters. I can cut diamonds. I don't take it every time we have sex, but wife kind of likes the increased girthiness.
