I am 72 years old and started taking Labetalol after a stroke. It has helped lower my blood pressure but The side effects for me have been excruciating. The pain in my joints especially my fingers and hands are unbearable. I have tried other meds but I am very sensitive to the meds. Dr. doesn't really care.
