Got blood work done because I had no energy for months. All results were good, except my test level was low, 240. My doc explained that was probably why I felt run down all the time. 1st day I applied the Miracle Gel, I noticed a 100% difference in my energy level. Not only that, I now have a ton of motivation, my mood swings are gone, the stress level is almost at 0, my mind thinks clearer, energy level has peaked sun up to sun down. At almost 54, I again have the energy a 40 yr old. I now workout almost everyday, have lost inches and a few lbs. My partner has seen a huge difference in my mood that he is happy with the results. I now tell any male my age or older to make sure to get their testosterone levels checked. I read up on it, and I pretty much had every symptom of it being low and how it affects so many men and they dont even know it. My life is back on track once again. Used Testim 5% for a month and then during the second month my ankles and feet started to seriously swell. I couldn't fit my feet in my shoes. I had to discontinue use. Once I did, the swelling stopped.

43 yr old male with low testosterone levels in the upper 100's. Started on Testim 1% for almost 30 days: notice muscle mass, erections in the morning, and noticed getting tired during the day? not sure if this is one of the side effects. I dont like that it takes awhile for this stuff to dry and try pulling your t-shirt off feels lke someone has glued this stuff on. When I take my shirts off I place them in a plastic and my wife knows not to touch it. The smell is great?! Wife loves the smell and other comments by others as well. I've read all the reviews on this site and I agree with the most prevalent complaint and that's the smell and stickiness associated with application. I'm concerned about accidental transfer to my wife or daughter. I've been on it for 1 week and have noticed increased erections and sex drive. Too early to notice much else. I wonder how much of this is simply from a placebo like effect where I imagine the benefits because I'm taking Testosterone.

Started Testim 1% gel after a short period of time developed pain in my neck, shoulder, elbow and knee joints also muscle pain in my forearms and calves so severe I had to stop using testim. The pain has not gone away, now I have two problems Low "T" and the pain from the medication. Does anyone have an answer for me?

Experienced bad headache after first use, plus the smell was terrible! Decided to cut amount of gel to 1/3 the dose and applied it to the bottom of my feet while wearing disposable gloves. Gradually increased the amount every couple days and within two weeks was applying the prescribed amount with no headache or only having the smell bother me when applying. At about 3 weeks the effects of the treatment were starting to be felt. Increased energy, didn't basic mood felt better, my sex drive was pretty good before, but noticed the desire did increase and recovery was quicker. Did feel a bit more anxious and irritable for a little over a month or so. My test results for levels went from 2.5 to 5.4. Used 5 gram tubes. Way too much gel to spread over a relatively small area. And took quite a long time to dry (if you don't wait a good half hour, it's like glue with your clothes.) The real kicker was the odor. It was an oddly sweet smell but the other half didn't want to be near me. And it really didn't dissipate over the course of a day. So I guess I'll try another testosterone replacement (and btw, even with pharmacy benefits, out of pocket cost is not cheap.)

Increased ability to get into shape. Increased libido for short period until the natural testosterone production gets turned off by the drug replacement testosterone. If you look at the drug company charts, you can expect a testosterone decline after the initial boost. Hate fighting with the tube during sticky application. Hate the smell and smelly shirts. Concerned about risks to wife as tshirt can rise when on couch. Showers will never get everything out of skin prior to contact. Just hoping transfer only increases her testosterone by small amounts. Would not take this drug if children in the house. Concerned about tiny numbers of people used for Testim trials (and similar drugs) and big long list of side effects. On day # 46 of use of Testim. No improvement in Libdo or ED. Age 69...perhaps to old for medication to work. All okay to age 60.

When I first read these reviews I was nervous but just like everything else it effects everyone different. I am 41 yrs old and have been on this medicine for about 2 months. I was put on this because of a low testosterone count. My levels had adjusted very slightly so far but if you read different articles it is different for everyone. By the way it does leave a musky scent so be aware of this fortunately for me my wife likes it that does not hurt if you know what I mean. This drug is dangerous, because it makes me drowsy. I applied it in the morning, and nod off during conversations. I have mild sleep apnea and it makes sleeping much more dificult. I took a 100 mg (two tubes daily) of this treatment for 45 days. I stopped and immediately felt and slept better, and eliminated the drowseyness problem the next day. The medicine at this dosage is effective, but don't dare drive while taking it.

I am a 47 year old Caucasian male. I've been on Testim for three months and at two months my Dr "upped" the dosage to two tubes a day instead of one as my levels had not come up yet. My T level on the first test was 158 and the second test was 130 - both before starting Testim. I go back in three months for a follow up and another blood test to check my Testosterone levels. My levels are extremely low for my age, which is why I'm taking it. I have slightly elevated BP (very slight as the Dr put it). As far as ease of use it is easy to put on just a pain to get it all out of that metal tube. If you rub it in (keep rubbing it till your skin "feels dry") It does feel a little "tacky" but a little baby powder fixes that. As far as the smell goes it does have a strong alcohol smell but my wife loves the smell and I've had compliments from other women about how I smell and wanting to know what cologne I was using. Overall I'm still too early in it to really know if it's going to work well for me but will follow up after my next Dr visit and get the results of whether my T levels have come up to normal or not. overpowering odor, sticky film that leaves your clothes glued to your body, not noticable improvement in symptoms. Very unhelpful customer service. This product in my opinion is a ripoff!!!

MY HUSBAND SEEMS TO HAVE MORE ENERGY BUT THIS HAS, WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE MOST DISGUSTING ODOR I HAVE EVER SMELLED IN MY LIFE. THE ODOR EMINATES FROM HIS BODY UNTIL HE HAS A SHOWER. I WOULD NOT WISH THIS SMELL ON MY WORST ENEMY. TOTALLY GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was diagnosed with low testosterone and low bone density. Testim hasn't improved my condition greatly. And the smell is very annoying. Gives my wife migraines to the point where she doesn't want to be near me because the smell NEVER goes away and it doesn't even wash out of my clothing. My wife keeps begging me to go back to Androgel which is scent-free, but our insurance company only covers Testim.

This seems to be working. Finding that there are aggressive mood swings. Causes my wife to have headaches due to the odor. The odor cannot be washed out of clothing.

I feel better, it gives me the feeling of being manly , more to the point the masculine part is there again.

I find this to be a fantastic drug. My "T" levels dropped in low 200"s I was feeling depressed and ached from pain everywhere. My sex drive was nearly zero. All that has changed !!!!!!!! Feeling great again
