Apparently, I'm allergic to dust mites. I already take Veramyst. However, after three to four hours of sleep, I wake up to go to the bathroom and notice that my nose is a little stuffy. In addition, my nose may make whistling noses when I breath. I wear earplugs to block out noise and, as a result, can hear my breathing more than I prefer. One Sudafed tablet gives me both help with a slightly runny nose and a stuffiness. The acetaminophen helps me to get back to sleep. I don't have any trouble getting back to sleep. I don't feel drowsy in the morning. I tried Claritin and didn't care for it. I also use Benadryl and like it except for the drowsiness if I take it too late.Read More Read Less
