This drug eases the pain I have with lymphoma. It has all but eliminated it. I get somewhat of a buzz or sleepiness when using it. Currently I am taking 2 every 4 hours as prescribed by my doctor.

I have chronic pancreatitis due to long term gallbladder problem. I now have stents in my bile duct and dueodum. It would be nice to know other living with my diagnosis as I am in and out of the hospital since my surgery.

Suffer in chronic pain from Chiari Malformation and Syringomyelia which causes (for me) terrible headaches that just don't go away-have had 6 surgeries in total for this. While this medication works well at the begining-it is a short acting medication-which I found out from my doctor-and for me the 8mg never lasts the full 6 hours (for me that's how many hours it was prescribed for). i have crohns disease. when i get a flair up this stuff is what they give me to get rid of the pain and it does fast...however, the nausea that comes with it has me closing my eyes for two hours because if i look at things like the movement from even tv makes nausea gets worse. like motion sickness almost. but its worth the side effect to get rid of the agonizing stomach pain i can get.

I hated this. I was taking lots of meds because i had cancer and when i started vomitting we had to see what caused it.This is too hard on your stomach.

I broke my right leg and badly broke my right scaffoid in my arm at the same time and I was given percocet which did not do anything so they gave me 2mg of this and it made me have really weird thoughts and instant depression. Be careful when you first take it because of suicidal thoughts. I have doctor friends that have had to take it and it caused them the ssame thing at first but mine never went away so I went back to percocet and muscle relaxants

WHile I realize that I was on a much stronger medication (Fentora 600 microgram), this medication is not effective at all as compared to the Fentora. The side effects all add to the overall ineffectiveness of the medication.

WORKED WELL FOR SCIATIC NERVE PAIN BUT I DEVELOPED A ALLERGY TO IT AFTER BEING ON IT FOR 6 MONTHS.

I had my second back surgery they first l2 was fusedhad morphine did not work. second l4 lifted from 1mm to 14mm this medicine does not help in oral form for me the IV form did work however. I will alway have chronic back pain I still have 3 bad disc from degenerative disc deasese that is inoperable. Doctor says this is the strongest thing he can give. 2, 2mg every 4-6 hours.

I just had bicept re-attachment surgery. This Rx has very little effectiveness on me. They started me on 2, 2mg tablets every 4 hrs and uped me to 4, 2mg tablets It creates grogginess, nausea, and itchiness. The lack of pain relief comes to me as a surprises because I try to never use any pain relievers including, advil or anything like it.

Used for periodic back muscle pain. Found it worked for my IBS. But will constipate....

i take it on a regular basis,but it gives me harder and longer erections during sexual intercourse besides just for helping with the pain
