Have had severe constipation for over 10 years,I used to have to get hydrocolon therapy. I now go about 4 times a week. Have suffered from migraines and fibromyalgia as well and difficulty in sleeping. I haven't had a migraine or headache in months and my pain has severely decreased. I'm sleeping better and have more energy and clarity in my thoughts. I have always eaten healthy for most of my life, but nothing has helped me get a better quality of life like Juice Plus. I definitely do not eat 30 different fruits and vegetables in a day. I love knowing that I’m getting added nutrition, to what I already eat. i have always considered myself "healthy", but after a bout with Covid last July 2022, followed by Pneumonia, i knew i had to make some changes to restore & maintain my health. I had been a previous user of JP in my late 40's early 50's. At that time i didn't really notice anything to justify staying on JP, so i stopped it. Fast forward to last year, 2022, while recuperating from Pneumonia, i decided to give JP again. With my background in Nursing, i know the benefits of good nutrition on health. Also, at this stage in life, my internal structures are deteriorating due to age. I needed to repair & maintain what i had! JP was started in October 2022, all 4 bottles(red, green,purple,orange), with my spouse on board too. Within 2 days we both noticed an improvement, him better urine flow, me half as much joint pain in my hip! Coincidence who knows but we both felt a visible difference with these age related body problems, and juice plus was the only change to our lifestyle. After one month daily JP, i saw reduction of fluid in my husbands hands, for me my feet weren't as cold in the evening. Another big deal was my husband would remind me if JP hadn't been dispensed in the morning. Now we are ending our fourth month of JP, we continue to take all four capsules daily. The health improvements to us are remarkable. For myself, my energy is back, my hands & feet are warmer, my hip pain is minimal & noticeable only at night when in bed, my skin is less dry, and my blood pressure has improved. My husband has improved mobility, less pain in his legs, his ankles have little to no fluid and he still has better urine flow. I go for an annual checkup to my primary care MD soon, and look forward to the review of my annual labwork. JP may seem a little high, but my attitude has been its a lot less expensive than prescribed medication and surgery to alleviate our aging problems. I developed dizziness and headaches and tingling & feeling like ants crawling all over my body, after using Omega Bland Juice Plus for 2 months. I was in bed 8 days. Then 6 weeks of dr visits, MRI etc. My dr told me to stop the Omega Blend from Juice Plus. I started getting better after 1 month of stopping Omega Blend, slow improvements. I believe this product is far more than a mere placebo effect. I was diagnosed with severe pancolitis at 23 years old and after failing on all of the first line drugs (lialda, 6mp, budesonide) and and then the first biologic at the time (remicade), I was successfully brought into remission by entyvio. It was during entyvio that I was trialing all types of diets to continue to suppress inflammation and maintain remission. After the first attempt to come off entyvio, I was still consuming dairy and gluten. I flared up again within a year. So I again went on entyvio and achieved remission. I then learned about juice plus and made the dietary switches of coming off dairy and gluten as well. The combination was a game changer! It is hard to know how significant the juice plus was exactly in maintaining remission for me. I have been off of medications now for 2 years total and the dietary changes and juice plus have continued to give me health I never knew was possible. I used to have to wear diapers when leaving the house due to uncontrolled urgency and I had 18-20 bowel movements a day with blood. I was 130 pounds and now am 205 pounds. After reading reviews, I wanted to also review. First, for Juice Plus to be effective you must take it regular and it takes a few months to notice any change. If you are already in good health you will just be maintaining and not notice much difference. Second, people will have different results. My husband would give 5 stars for effectiveness. When he was on it previously, he was rarely sick and when he was he recovered quickly. When we had to stop due to a change in finances, he was sick multiple times over those 2 years. The kids and I had good results. Improvement in digestive health, less severe illness, recovered quicker from illnesses, and more energy. I also experienced hair and nail growth, improvement in my bloodwork, better cholesterol, and no stomach upset when taking it like multivitamins do to me. I did have improvement in my dental gum health. Third, I have never experienced any problems with my Sales Representative. Juice Plus is set up that you can even freeze deliveries if you start accumulating too much product from not taking it regularly. I have even had my Sales Rep exchange some older product for newer. If you have a problem with your Sales Rep, maybe you should contact Juice Plus to change to a different one. Fourth, it was easy to cancel when we had to for that time period. All I had to do was call. Fifth, Juice Plus is not a magic pill and it is not considered a supplement. It is categorized as whole food. The cost is close to other similar products. You cannot compare it to a multi vitamin because it is not one. All your nutrition is coming from whole foods with Juice Plus, not additives. It is not a magic cure. It is part of changing your life style to making healthier choices. Overall all we have been pleased with the product and our results while using it. Remember you cannot take a few pills a day and still eat your fast food and junk food and think it is going to make it all go away. I was having stomach problems and had low energy levels, but after I started taking juice plus it helped me with digestion. I also have sustained energy throughout the day!! I recommend this product!! It's worth it:)

Like others I’ve seen above I found the whole process a bit overwhelming if I’m honest. The sales person contacted me through Facebook At first I was interested but then she got annoyed with me because I didn’t reply immediately and why was I wasting her time. Never mind the fact that I was at work in surgery all day and hadn’t seen my phone. Eventually I said I’d give it a go and go from there but I made it very clear that I only wanted to try it for the first three months and reevaluate how it effected me from there. She wouldn’t take that either. Kept saying if I put away a certain amount of money every week I’d be able to afford it no problem. She kept saying this despite the fact I told her I get paid monthly so that’s how I handle my bills. Started taking the capsules soon after and I regretted it instantly. I suffer with severe IBS that I was diagnosed with years ago. I had managed to get myself controlled and hadn’t had a flare up in about three months. Within 24 - 48 hours of taking juice plus I had one of the worst flare ups I’ve ever had. It took me the guts of a week to get it back under control. Contacted the rep who basically said split them up and drink more water …….. I contacted customer services who said they’ve cancelled my order and I’ve resent all the unopened bottles back to them but they’re still charging me….. worst decision I’ve ever made in regards to supplements. I have literally been living off of juice plus for almost 2 years. (Gummies, protein, and omega blend) I do eat a little food once a day to keep my digestive track working, but that's it. I'm 65 years old and my doctor and others are amazed at how healthy I am. I also drink lots of water and I peddle kayak 5.5 miles a day. This is coming from a 52 year smoker.

my friend introduced me to Juice Plus. After about maybe 3 mos I noticed one morning I woke up and my planter fasciitius was gone. To be honest, I have no idea if Juice Plus helped this or not. I am scared to stop taking Juice Plus, because just in case it helped with my planter problem, I don't want to take any chances.

15 years ago I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and pre-diabetes. All of which run in my family so I wasn't surprised, at age 40, to start seeing these results. However, I was fairly active so I thought I could avoid longer. When the doctor prescribed medication for all, I didn't fill it. Instead we researched and decided to try whole food nutrition instead. I can't say there was ever a time I "felt the change". However, a year later all of my blood work came back great! My doctor said, "it looks like the medication is working as it should". He wasn't happy or impressed when I told him I never filled them and just changed my nutrition lifestyle and took Juice Plus. Another benefit....no more allergies! Dang!
