I was recommended Ginseng concentrated tea 100% Ginseng from Korea from my health food store. I took myself off of blood pressure pills and a water pill combo my doctor prescribed for my BP to be lowered. Instead I was taking magnesium which really helped my BP and I was off of my medicine for 2 months. I wanted a natural diueretic and the associate at my health food store recommended this ginseng. My BP has skyrocketed to fearful levels and I put myself on my BP pills for the rest of this week to get my pressure back to normal. I couldn't figure out why it jumped up all of a sudden and stopped taking my magnesium and other supplements. It still was high after 2 days on BP meds. I decided to look up ginseng and saw the side effects. I am stopping this immediately and pray that my bp gets back to normal in 1- 2 days. I am drinking a gallon of water today to flush my system. I am calling the store back to get my $28.99 back for this tea! I swear they better refund it.Read More Read Less
