Had very serious diarrhea on trip in Spain and Suero oral helped after that like some sort of miracle - was one and half day in the bed, "vomiting" from up and down, passed out during it one time when had to stand up... And after that one and half day of hell I walked with backpack (at least 15% of my bodyweight) 35km on hilly roads. For me it was like miracle...
