I am using this tablet for specially zinc, for my hair growth and got result in 4 or 5 days its very surprising for me that how its quickly work. My hair been ruff before but now its smooth and easy to comb. Just one thing i found in it and yes its contipation problem but it happened when i was took it with water, but when i started to take it with milk it solved.

Very very heavy. Difficult to use. I used but after taking two doses I stoped as very difficult to bear. Causes a depress mode due to heaviness.
