I’ve been using this stuff for a good 4 years now, and I’m dependent on it. I would recommend ONLY using it for one time because it does cause your nose to stay stuffy without use of it. It does work and it’s a life saver, but be smart using it or you’ll have to use it every day like me and trust me it sucks.

very easy to use nasal sprays are good except it does become habit forming and now i cant function properly without it and now it seems that i need more of it to clear my nose but if you use as instructed and stop using after your cold or allergies are better it is best to stop! although it does a good job of clearing my nasal passages very quick!

The nose drops work really well, but they really can be habit forming. It is easy to become dependent on the drops, as your nose membranes tend to swell again later, and then you start using them again. I have been gradually weening myself after using them once-twice a day for years. I still use them now at night before going to bed abou 70% of the time - otherwise my nose closes and I have to breath through my mouth. It is a wonderful, effective product - 1/2% works fine, but 1% is faster. It is hard to buy the drops now, as neo-synephrine brand drops are no longer available, and Walmart dropped their Equate brand. The sprays seem almost as good but less pleasant to use. I found that you can still buy the 1% drops at Walgreen's, still with and Equate branding, and it is now sold as 'Ephrine' - but I caution that it is very easy to get dependent on them. So if you use them, try to force yourself to do what the label says and stop using them after your cold on allergy has cleared up.Read More Read Less
