have suffered chronic diarrhea for 22yrs! Daily doses of immodium have increased these last few months; from 1-2 pills each morning to now 6 or more per day! While specific foods typically compound my issue, high fiber is typically the devil; as of late it just doesnt seem to matter what I do or don't eat. Awoken in the middle of the night with double over abdominal pain an severe explosive diarrh...
have been taking 4 times and all it does is increased bloating and abdominal pain, haven't taking for 2 days and these symptoms haven't changed.

I was having severe lower abdominal pain also back pain that ran down both legs went to the ER the pain was so severe they did a CT scan and found i had a moderate impacted bowel not having this before i can tell you it is very painful they gave me the dicyclomine it helped with in 30 minutes the pain was tolerble.

I have bowel twisting excruciating pain. If I have the "pre-symptoms" and take the dicyclomine I can now stop a full blown attach which otherwise would hospitalize me.

I was seen in my local ER repeatedly with abdominal pain that was unbearable. I was previously diagnosed with IBS but had never had pain like this. After 4 days in the hospital, and multiple tests done, I was placed on this med. It started helping after only a few doses. I am relatively pain free if I take my 4 doses daily.

This drug helps with my pain and nausea. Lost alot of weight because my stomach did not feel like having anything inside it. Now I can eat anything. It is hard to remember to take it 30 min. before meals, so as long as I take it 4 times a day it is helping.

I have worse cramps and get very sleepy my wife says i act differant.I have had my galblader removed and have a metal stent in my bile duct.Take 4 differant meds for blood pressure,maybe thats the prob,am thinking about stopping because it is not helping.

This medicine has been a lifesaver for me. I have struggled with IBS since I was 8 years old, I am now 25. I have been taking Dicyclomine for 10 years now and it is the only thing that helps me. The only thing I don't like about it is the dry mouth, but I will take that instead of debilitating cramps.

I take care of a young man (13) and have for aprox. 6 yrs. , his stomach cramped him so bad , it bent him double at times , then his Doctor prescribed this and it as has worked for 4 yrs. the largest part of the time.

My doctor prescribed this in conjunction with Benefiber for my IBS. I take it 1/2 hr. before meals. I noticed a difference almost immediately. So far, so good. I am also trying to avoid "trigger foods" as much as possible.
