Although this medication has improved my nasal passages, it has caused severe irritability and depression. I would not recommend this medicine to anyone. It would be much better to try to avoid allergens and use frequent saline nasal rinses. I am offended by the way doctors are kept in the dark about side effects by the pharm industry. All oral allergy meds make me sleepy, Nasarel prevented the miserable hay fever symptoms w/out the sleepiness, no side effects. It's a godsend.

I use this drug to treat my seasonal allergies. It takes about 3 days of use to become effective. After that I feel as if I don't have allergies at all.
