I have been on paxil for 15 years and it has been wonderful in keeping me from having panic attacks and generalized anxiety. I have no side effects and it helps me have a joyful, positive life!

Paxil has been great in helping me to overcome panic disorder. However, it is *very* difficult to withdraw from and I am still on it after 6 years. I think withdrawal should be done under the care and watchful eye of a physician who specializes in withdrawing medications.

Generally a positive experience. It has eliminated my depression. I still have occasional episodes of anxiety. Sexual drive has been somewhat decreased as well.
