I have fibromyalgia. since I started MSM I do not have the severe pain and moodiness. I stopped it once, just to test and was back to my previous pain.

I have used MSM for back pain and hip pain. It worked great. I am now running 4 miles a day with no pain. It also helped with my seasonal allergy.

I've used it for pain for several months on and off. It really works for me. I usually do not have to take for more than a week at a time then do not use it until I have a increase in pain from arthritis.
