I feel like I'm on Meth... I know that sounds harsh but I can't think of another way to describe it. I can't sleep, I feel claustrophobic, and my attitude is one to be reckoned with. I strongly advice no-one use this product on children and to use caution while taking them selfs.

I had dental work in May of 2018. I slowly developed a stuffy nose that I couldn't get rid of. I suffered with not being able to breath properly and no taste. I thought I had tried everything on the market and then saw Vicks sinus severe in the beginning of December. It took about 5-10 minutes and I could breath again for the first time. Some days it wears off in 10 hour's but usually I can make the full 12 hour's before the next dose.

I have been using this daily for over thirty years. Yes, thirty years. No issues, no physical addiction nor any side affects. Long ago I asked an ear, nose and throat doctor if this is going to cause me issues at some point. He smirked and said 'Nah. It's fine.'

This medicine is not worth it! I felt so relieved when I took the medicine as my nose opened up instantly despite the burning and sore throat. But then I spent the whole night feeling anxious and sick. The next day when the meds wore off, I felt far worse than at the start! My throat became incredibly dry, my nose was more stuffy than I can remember, and I had severe sinus pressure. I wish I knew how strong it was before I took it. Even though I still feel sick from it, I'm glad to be throwing away this medicine!Read More Read Less

NeilMed SinuFrin from Walgreen's has prevented near suffocation at night and sleep loss. I cannot express my delight at finding something that works. I find it gives me cottonmouth but have had no other side effects. A dose calls for two spays per nostril but I hardly spray any in each nostril and it works for over 12 hours. I try to avoid alcohol because this stuff cannot be good for the kidneys. I'll continue to use it until I find the cause of my congestion.

Just as the directions say I don't use this more than 3 times in a row and most of the time I just need it once for relief. Also, instead of spraying as directed which is pretty harsh I just spray a tiny bit in each nostril and barely breathe in at all and I get the relief that I need. I think this helps with the associated side effects that I've read from some of the reviews here.

My Dr advised to NOT use for more than 3 days. So far I am on Day 2 and I love it! I can finally breathe thru my nose again! I use the "no-drip" variety, so no throat problems, and no other side effects yet either.

Burns my nose, ears, & throat for hours. And makes my eyes water. It did clear up my stuffy nose instantly, but the pain is not worth it. It's impossible to get anything done on this medication.

Worked great to clear my sinuses before sleeping and helped my snoring quite a bit. Yes, there is an odd taste in the back of your throat after you use it, but nothing nauseating. Mild, short-term (less than 10 minutes) burst of energy/alertness but that could just be due to breathing better and getting more oxygen. Mild pain in nose immediately after use, but it goes away in less than 10 minutes. Great drug.

Burns my throat and causes it to hurt for hours. Also ive had insomnia when I take it and didn't connect that with this medication until reading another review. Clears congestion but in my opinion the side effects aren't worth it.

I had a stuffy nose so I bought this at a 7-11. It's a Good Sense product. It cleared out my nose but now I've lost like 90% of my sense of smell and taste. I wish I had never purchased this product. I searched around to see if other people complained about Good Sense nasal spray but no one had that reaction although there was another nasal spray that caused people to lose their sense of smell and taste.

For nite-time relief it has worked great. My concern is I have used it every nite. directions say to not use it more than 5 times in a row. One Doc told me it had a steroid in it. As a diabetic this will increase glucose. Not good!!

Works very well but gives extreme burning of the nose for about five minutes. Foul taste as it went down to my mouth.
