I agree with the first reviewer who said that you can't feel the drop land in your eye and some product gets wasted rolling down your cheek no matter how careful you are. It is ridiculously expensive. There is about 1 teaspoon in the bottle for a $95 copay. Then they expect you to pay $350 per month after this. It doesn't last the entire month. That said, it is an extremely thin layer of slipperi...

Very effective - eyes really feel better when using, but dropper design is absolutely terrible! No matter what I do, I can't make product last a month. I have even resorted to treating only one eye to make the minuscule bottle last longer. When no more will squeeze from the dropper, I can still clearly see a tiny amount left at the bottom that is not accessible. My eyes regress for a week until next month's refill arrives. Considering the price, approximately $700 for 3 milliliters, this product is very frustrating, even unfair, to the consumer.Read More Read Less

This medication has helped some. As others have reported it feels really good when it first goes in. I also agree with others that you can’t feel the drops and you get multiple drops at a time. Also the bottle is half empty when you get it and there is no way you get 30 days doing it 4 times a day. So it’s really hard to know if it works when you are unable to use it as prescribed.

Pharmacist says a bottle if used according to manufacturer only last 20-days. I’m still in the first month. It feels okay the first 10 seconds if I work to keep the drops in my eye, then leaves my eye feeling much dryer than before (didn’t feel dry at all before this product). Can’t tell it’s having long term success, but giving it 5-6 weeks.

Eyedropper is absolutely the worst I have ever used. Either you can't squeeze a drop out or too many drops come pouring out on their own. I have wasted more drops running down my face and do not feel that one bottle will last a month. About a half hour after using the drops my eyes get dry and I have to use an additional lubricant.

The drops feel lovely at first, feels almost like a silicone lotion giving a silky feeling. I don't find it lasts long, however. I also seem to be getting more mucous strands since using than normally. I agree with all other reviewers that there is no way a month's supply is in the bottle. Also, the bottle is not consistent with the amount of drops dispensed. I am only a month in, but at this point I do not think it is worth the price tag. At almost $1,000/month is must work and NOT be wasted running down my cheek. I was so hopeful......Read More Read Less

These drops have been great for my dry eyes. The only problem is that the bottle is supposed to last a month but it only lasts about 3 weeks. I try to stretch it out longer by using only 3 times a day instead of the recommended 4 but I still end up going several days without each month. The dropper is a bit difficult to control so sometimes no drops come out and other times several come out which makes it worse.

It is ridiculously expensive. There is about 1 teaspoon in the bottle for a $95 copay. Then they expect you to pay $350 per month after this. It doesn't last the entire month. That said, it is an extremely thin layer of slipperiness between the eyelid and eyeball which is a relief. However, my eyes still burn even with it after one month of use. I've had equal success using pure organic pumpkin oil applied to the lower eyelid with a Q-tip being careful not to touch the eye. Tiny amounts of the oil seep over your tears (or over your eye drops) from the lower lid to slow evaporation. Take care not to infect your eyes. This is less convenient but costs pennies. I am not a doctor. Do so at your own risk. But my ophthalmologist appears amused and agrees it has done no harm in the 6 months he has observed me use this home remedy. I like it that I'm not putting petrochemicals (mineral oil) in my eyes. I cannot afford this Miebo product. It is only for the wealthy.Read More Read Less

After trying multiple medication for dry eye I am finally finding some relief from Miebo. My dissatisfaction with the product is there was absolutely no way there was any possibility of having a 30 day supply, using the product 4 times a day in each eye.

This is the first medication that has helped with my dry eyes. Two days after stopping, my eyes are on fire again. My complaint with Miebo is that there is not a full month in the bottle. You have to be careful putting them in the eye as they are warm and you can't feel the drop. I watch to see the drop is inserted, but only get 3 weeks out of a $770 bottle. That is ridiculous. At that price the bottle should be a measured click per drop and they need to make sure it lasts a full 30 days!
