I truly don’t understand these other comments. I’ve had zero issues with the applicator. Every single drop comes out smoothly directly into my eye. Highly recommend this product. I am completely satisfied.

I purchased the first bottle and the drops themselves were great for my eyes. I immediately noticed that the bottle collapsed when squeezed and does not retract. I called Alcon and explained; they said the bottle was defective and would send me another. I went to my local pharmacy and told the pharmacist I wanted to buy another but would like to test it immediately after purchasing so that I could get a refund if it was also defective. Sure enough, the bottle of the new one collapsed. The pharmacist took another off the shelf and tried it; it also collapsed. I went to CVS and bought one with the same intent. If it collapsed I would ask for a refund. Their bottle also collapsed. Reviews on Amazon are filled with the same complaint. Alcon needs to do something about their bottle design. This isn't something they can claim not to know about. Also, one individual said she didn't know why others were complaining because she had no problem with the bottle. I can't imagine how.Read More Read Less

I just bought this product on the recommendation of the my eye Dr. I've used it twice - or at least attempted to use it. If you're putting the drops in your own eye, it's almost impossible to get the drop IN the eye without touching the top of the bottle, which is always a no-no. I will not buy this again and am contemplating trying to return it as I don't want to have to wrestle with a bottle of eye drops every day. I agree 100% with other reviewers that it's unbelievable that this design went into production. And I haven't even gotten to the collapsed bottle stage.I wouldn't recommend spending your $$ on this.Read More Read Less

dropper is poorly designed. collapsing bottle; did not know if it was supposed to stay collapsed or if it was defective. I'd rather have preservatives than the PF version. drops are good, but I do not see a difference from the preservative version.

I agree with most of the others. The applicator is not user friendly at all! It's difficult to get the drop to go into my eyes!! I want the applicator that Systane Balance uses!!!!

The Amazing Collapsing Bottle! Not being able to physically return the bottle into its original shape, by letting air back into the bottle after each use, there is no way to use all the product, thereby either 1) forcing the user to buy another bottle much earlier than expected (good for the sales - YAY!), or 2) causing the user to buy another brand just as effective (bad for sales - BOO!). Unbelievable in this day and age that such an awful product delivery device was allowed to reach consumers. Read More Read Less

Very expensive with a dropper that does not work. 80% of the medication is wasted since it is impossible to get the drops into your eye. I do not understand how did they go ahead and produced it knowing that they have such a problem.

Whoever designed this dropper needs to be FIRED!!! It is the most horrible eye dropper ever made. I'm tired of bathing in eye drops because you can't see where it is going. The drops are wonderful, but until you design a better dropper I won't buy any more of this product!!

New applicator is terrible. Drops don’t go into eye roll down my cheek. Bottle has collapsed and I can’t get air into bottle

SYSTANE COMPLETE PF...product is effective but new dosage applicator is terrible...you are lucky if the first drop goes in your eye then a second drop falls on your cheek...half the product is wasted...how could you sell a product with a defective applicator?

Drops are effective. The applicator is horrible. 2-3 drops come out at once wasting the product and running down my face.
