I have been taking Adbry for over 3 months now and saw a significant improvement in my skin. I am allergic to most topicals and never had any success with them anyways. I had an allergic reaction to Dupixent and my provider suggested I try Adbry. The biggest con is that it is 2 shots every 2 weeks. They have not come out with an auto-injector pen which makes it difficult to self administer. Getting this medication prescribed and dealing with my insurance was an uphill battle. I was fortunate enough to have a provider who handled all the paperwork and provided free doses in the meantime. Be prepared to spend a few months working on getting approval. The initial improvement was amazing. I was so satisfied with my choice to try Adbry. However, about a week ago I began to get new patches of eczema on my body. I spoke with my doctor and she encouraged me to continue with the two shots. I wonder if I am developing a resistance with to the medication. Read More Read Less

Severe face rash that wouldn’t go away with oral or topical steroids. Was even admitted to ER as my eyes were swollen shut. The next day my derm gave me the 4 loading doses. Hurt like heck and it’s a syringe not an auto inject pen like dupixent. I did have injection sight bruising and under the skin type blotchy rash on both upper arms. THe next day I developed shingles on my neck. Coincidence, I think not. My eyes are irritated , itchy and swell in the AM. Eye problems are a side effect. I will say this, the slight eczema on my body did fade and smooth out, but the shots also causes some to pop up. My main issue is my face rash, My face is red like a lobster literally, not sure if adbry is making it worse as it was pretty extreme before the shots. But due to the shingles I will not be taking any more doses…besides now I’m in valacyclovir 3 horse pills a day for a week to help ease the shingles. Wtf?Read More Read Less

UNFORTUNATELY, even though after a loading dose and two maintenance doses, I AM seeing slight improvement of my severe exzema, I will NOT be able to continue taking it. The cost is so high, even with insurance, just one dose will put me into a donut hole. And Adbry will NOT help me with assistance.
