I've had severe asthma for the past 4 years that does not respond to treatment. I've tried just about every inhaler on the market, nose sprays, montelukast, etc. I was stuck at step 5 of the Global Initiative for Asthma treatment guideline and could not get onto a biologic due to normal eosinophil levels and no evidence of allergies (negative IgE and negative skin tests). I needed to use my rescue...

The drug does seem to take the edge of my severe asthma. The problem I have is with the customer support and co-pay assistance. They are a sham. The webpage to submit claims has never worked. I have called many many times to open tickets. I have no records, I am in the middle. Nobody is getting reimbursed. Not the pharmacy, not the doctor, not me. Most frustrating and ridiculous situation ever.

Have had 3 Tezspire shots. Still using my coriticosteroid inhaler twice daily, and rescue inhaler every 6 hours. I was doing better after second shot, but fell back to asthma symptoms after having dental surgery. Hopefully, after receiving more shots, I will do better again.

I have allergic asthma and have had is since I was 21. I have several allergies including food and medicines. Chemicals like perfumes, scented floor cleaners, anything scented would immediately shut my lungs down and steroids would follow. Xolair shots worked, but after 2 years I developed an allergic reaction at the injection site. I started Tezspire in December 2022. I have experienced pain in my hands, joints and back, but take I take osteo bio-flex daily and that relieved the issue. This last shot I experienced a bit of a sore throat, but mild. Before xolair I was a mess. Xolair gave me about 10 to 20 minutes around perfume which gave me enough time to remove myself from the area and not need a nebulizer or steroids. Teszpire gives me about 30 to 40 minutes before I start feeling the tightness in my lungs and start wheezing and coughing. For me its a game changer. Sometimes I can not get out of area, such as in a car with someone who has cologne or perfume on. It always meant inhaler or hospital. I have not used a rescue inhaler in over 2 years. Having severe steroid dependent asthma, my doctor was able to supply me with Tezspire. I have been on this for 6 months. Based on my breathing tests, I have not improved at all. Nor do I feel any better. My doctor is now switching me to DUPIXENT Hopefully that will provide me with some relief. Tezspire customer service has been excellent.

I have been on Tezspire for Once a month for seven months now. It has worked as far as curing my asthma from needing steroids and nebulizer treatments I haven’t needed that for six months now which is miraculous. The problem is severe back pain and joint pain I don’t have any back problems and it is no coincidence any longer that after a shot I am going to be in pain for 4 to 6 days. I reluctantly told my doctor I didn’t wanna be taken off the medicine since the asthma has been better he stated people are starting to report the pain more often the drug is so new. I do have lupus so My dr are wondering if it’s triggering my immune system in attack mode I had bloodwork done today so will know soon. Plus I’m peeing blood (yuk) but I do not kbkw if that’s related I’m hoping it’s not kidney issues Read More Read Less

I have been on every biological, starting with Xolair. They didn't work or only worked for a few months. My asthma was so severe that I was going to have to retire. I couldn't get off of steroids. Started on Tezspire in January. It took 4-5 months to work fully. I have been off steroids for several months, I have no asthma symptoms hardly ever, and when I do, it is mild and goes away with my nebulizer. This has brought back my quality of life 100%. I had bad joint pain in my fingers for several months, but they went away slowly overtime. Tezspire gave me my life back. I noticed that it is critical to get it consistently every 4 weeks or the effectiveness will not be there.Read More Read Less

Tezspire has done wonders for my asthma. Unfortunately it has caused severe pain in my lower back, hands and fingers. I have three fingers that are locked (as in trigger finger). This occurred after two months of shots. One finger has swelling along with the excruciating pain. All of the joints in the palm are very painful making it difficult to drive. I cannot cut with a knife and fork. I have zero doubt the this was caused by the Tezspire infusion. It began after I began the shots. I have discontinued the Tezspire after a nurse confirmed that other people were complaining of similar symptoms. Read More Read Less

Nothing else worked for me. Nothing. I've taken just about everything else and had relegated myself to a life with daily wheezing and shortness of breath. I'm on my second month and haven't needed the nebulizer or rescue inhaler since the week after my first inject. Inject is painless and quick. I am currently free of any wheezing whatsoever and my breathing and chest finally feel normal. My energy is back since I'm not always struggling to breathe, and life seems promising again. Thank God for Tezspire. Read More Read Less

I took my second shot on the 22 ND of June after taking it I think February and didn't want to take it cause I thought it made me short of breath, and waited but after getting short of breath without it, I said maybe I need it and took it on the above date, and the person injected it was new , and I noticed she injected it longer than the first lady , and they only let me wait for like 10 minutes where I heard other people wait an hour , which would be more suitable because the doctor asked did I wait an hour and I said no , the person did it said 10 minutes and the nurse said if any interactions it would happen within a hour, so a hour makes more since to wait, but this day number three and I feel awful, just mailce, dizzy and it can have adverse or delayed side effects, hope it's not what's happening because last time I didn't feel bad like this just short of breath for a little, anyway don't think I'll take again and I guess it takes a month to get out system. I'm going to try to detox and drink plenty water to see if it helps. Read More Read Less

I needed to use my rescue inhaler 4x daily. I was miserable. Finally I got approved for Tezspire and my breathing keeps getting better. I'm barely using my rescue inhaler and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest. No side effects to speak of so far! Read More Read Less

I have received that this fire and immediately about a week after I have started to experience severe back pain now I'm experiencing severe joint pain in my feet and my fingers and it is not going away my severe back pain has continued and is getting worse this is only after my first injection. I have also read some studies and basically tezspire is blocking Tslp which contributes to successful growth of antigen cells and that is not good. I have received this medication at the doctor's office by injection and I have received it for my severe asthma. This review is being done after my first injection and about 50 days after it. My severe asthma symptoms have improved very slightly however side effects are overwhelming and the pain is almost unbearableRead More Read Less
