Insurance won’t cover and out of pocket is $3500- the coupon that is offered is a discount for $25! Big deal! I’ll have my NP switch back to an affordable pill option. Don’t waste your money nor your time.

I’ve been taking it 2 1/2 months really no side effects and I’ve lost about 18 pounds I’m just really upset that they’re having supply problems especially once you start something you don’t want to stop and try to go back again.

So far down 44lbs in 6 months. Thats nearly 8 per. Could not be happier - hunger practically gone. Eating so much less, and what’s better, not constantly thinking about my next meal! The hard thing is making sure you can get it. So popular, manufacture is having a hard time filling stock!

I am on week#7 and down 15 pounds. I walked an average of 13,000 to 15,000 steps Monday through Friday and on the weekend I average 20,000 steps. I’m on the third .50 dosage. I drink around 180 oz to 210 oz of water a day. I use to drink half-half sweet tea all day and water at night. It has cut back my appetite and no cravings for anything sweet. I give the shot in my left arm since I have a phobia of sticking a needle in my stomach or leg. The arm is so easy and it doesn’t hurt. I would recommend this for sure. The more you work out or walk, the better the results!Read More Read Less

I started on the 0.25 injection in July. No side effects, no weight gain or loss. Then had to wait 3 weeks to get the refill for the next dose of 0.5. I just took the first dose of it 4 days ago and I haven't been able to keep anything down at all. I eat a little bit and 20 minutes later it all comes up. I can't keep going like this. It is severe projectile vomiting. On the bright side, I did lose 3 pounds, but i don't want to lose it like this. My throat burns from vomiting so much, I've had a migraine, and I'm afraid to eat anything and i don't know how long it'll take for this medication to leave my body. Read More Read Less

I am on week four and I take 2mg. Since I have gallbladder problems I expected to have some issues and I did but drinking apple cider in my water and taking magnesium helped a lot. All of those symptoms went away at week four. I love wegovy. It really takes away my sugar cravings and my appetite. In fact, food was all I use to think of. Now, I have completely lost interest in it. I have diabetes and thyroid disease, so it's really hard for me to lose weight, but for the first time, I am hopeful. Now that food has lost its charm, I am looking for something else to occupy my time. ;DRead More Read Less

I'm on my 3 injection and I've lost 6 pounds. My only issue is I have sever constipation. But overall, taking the injection is not bad at all. I hope I begin to see more weight loss.

Completed week 9 shot 1mg. I have been so sick, from the start. Vomiting, horrible constipation, burps, throat burn, acid reflux bad, just sick sick sick. I have lost a little weight but this is not worth being sick and not being able to do a thing.

I began 5 weeks ago. 10lbs down, no side effects. My craving for sweets were gone. Major problem, you can not get a refill. No pharmacy has it. Back ordered til September 30. So my Dr. has prescribed me something else til it gets in.

Ease of use? How can it be easy to use when availability is inconsistent. It has been a struggle to get prescription filled every month with it taking 4 weeks before first prescription filled after moving prescription to several pharmacies. Now after dose 8 I’m faced with 7 weeks before dose 1.0 is available on October 31. Does stopping the progression of doses raise flags of concern for the anybody but me? Lost about 7 lbs. Good appetite suppressant. Sweets are too sweet. Definite side effect of messing with my mind and moods. I’m wondering if stopping wegovy cold turkey is going to cause more of these unwanted side effects. Read More Read Less

I just took week 4. The side effect I have experienced the most is gas. I started drinking chamomile tea to help with it. Just like many of you, my sweet cravings have stopped. I have little to no appetite. I noticed that if I do get a headache it's because I haven't eaten and once I eat the headache goes away. I do drink lots of water. I'm due for the higher dose next week and I'm hoping that the side effects remain tolerable. The needle itself is small, for those of you wondering it's like an epi-pen, slight sting but that's it. I just did my 6th injection yesterday. I have lost 7lbs and 30 inches all over. This has definitely cut back my appetite and sometimes I have to remind myself to eat. I am also eating much less at meals so I made up snack boxes this week to make sure I eat a healthy snack that is low calorie. The only problem I have found is eggs taste and smell funny to me. I have asked my family if they noticed eggs tasting funny and they said no so I know it's me with this medication. I also noticed that the smell I get with eggs is now stuck in my nose. It's like a sulfur smell. Overall this medication is working and very easy to use. I do the injection in my thighs just switch each week. Read More Read Less

Weeks 1-4 on 0.25. Hunger diminished, exercising regularly, riding my bike daily. Week 5 I started .5 and that's where this story unfortunately will end. I cannot explain how sick I am. I've had a hiatal hernia which is dormant for 20 or more years, I take nexium daily. It's I describable how sick I've been. Vomiting, diarrhea, sulphur burps, queasy stomach, feels like a brick is on my sternum. Cannot lie down, burning bile backs up. Today would have been my sixth shot, second st .5. Instead of taking it, I'm googling how long it will take for this stuff to leave my system. My diet is very low calorie, 500 or under, with that and exercise, I lost 11 lbs over five weeks. After the horrific reaction, three lbs more came off but that's because of artificial weight loss although I would have lost a bet if I'd have bet no human being can expell that much material in one day. I've never been this sick. E VER. So I'm going to stop now because I think the lesson is beware if you have a hiatal hernia. It definitely was effective but I know it had very bad consequences for me. Nothing helped. I found myself searching my cabinets for leftover Zantac, that's how much I just wanted to disappear. Cannot lie down, aches everywhere. Bye bye for meRead More Read Less

I began taking Wegovy 5 weeks ago. I started on the .25 dose and now am on the 1.0 dose. I have lost 10 pounds and my only side effect was some constipation I’m taking Linzess twice a week to alleviate that. I am so happy with Wegovy. I have tried everything on the market snd this has been the only thing that works for me.

I started Wegovy 0.25mg on 8/26/21 weighing in at 198.6lbs. I have been eating low calorie since then which has been easy to do because my appetite has decreased dramatically! I am super surprised because today I am down 5.4lbs! The only side effect so far is very mild nausea which comes and goes but is very manageable. I would definitely recommend this medication for weight loss! I also want to add that I have struggled with PCOS for years which has made weight loss very difficult.

Week 2 of wegovy I got appendicitis and had to have surgery to have my appendix out. I'm not sure what to do, the wegovy was working for sure! I'm MUCH less hungry! But I'm also scared that I may get pancreatitis next as it's also a common complication of wygovy?? I'm calling my Dr Monday to discuss this. Sitting in the hospital now revering from surgery??
