A few weeks into using this medication, the acne on my chin worsened. By month 2, the cysts and pimples were worse. By month 3, I noticed improvement and now my chin is finally clearing up! I have some breakouts near my nose and will now try Winlevi in those areas.

Winlevi set me back years with my skin . It broke my confidence and upset me so much that even my dermatologist was upset that he even put me through it .

While it hasn’t made things worse it also hasn’t made things much better . I’m taking this along with monicycline AND spiroaldeactone AND using Arazlo and I still have cystic acne . I backed off the antibiotic and things got worse . Sadly so far acne patches have been more effective at dealing with the cystic acne .

I’ve been using this medication religiously am/pm (only missed about three times in two and a half months) and I have noticed significant positive changes in my skin! I use this topical along with a retinoid. Granted, I still have some mild acne, but I am still very satisfied with the progress that I’ve seen. I was on birth control trying to improve my skin for years and it did virtually nothing for me except cause annoying side effects. I have been using Winlevi for about 3 months. I try to use it morning and night as prescribed, but I occasionally miss a dose. My skin did peel a little in the beginning but quickly acclimated. My skin has never looked so clear! This is THE ONLY thing that has worked for my hormonal acne that I have been struggling with since I was in my 20's (I'm 39).

I have dealt w/ hormonal acne all my life. After using this product religiously every am/pm for the last 3 months- I have clear skin. I am thankful!

I have been on Winlevi for 2 months. I take twice per day AM/PM and my acne has never been so painful and terrible in my life. I have an appt with my dermatologist in a few weeks and I pray to the heavens that she takes me off of this as I am in literal pain - can’t smile or move lips because of the painful cystic acne under my skin.

So I have only been using Winlevi for 2 weeks now, but my face has gotten significantly worse. I am hoping this is a situation where “it gets worse before it gets better” like Tretinoin.

My dermatologist prescribed this to help with my hormonal acne. It has made a tremendous difference. My skin has never looked better. I would highly recommend this for those who suffer from hormonal acne.

I had horrible cystic acne on my face and after 3 days of using Winlevi, my face was completely clear.

I like Winlevi, it is thick cream and moisturizing. I have been using it for 2 months now, a.m./p.m.. It has hormones in it so it is specifically great and meant for hormonal acne. It's job is to not irritate skin, (like a retinoid might in the beginning) but to keep hormonal acne at bay. It has done exactly that! After getting extractions of my previous chin acne, it has worked great at preventing any future acne from surfacing or being developed.

I started using Winlevi to treat my hormonal cystic acne after having a horrible long term experience with Spironolactone. Winlevi has kept my skin extremely clear with no horrible painful cysts. More importantly, I’ve had ZERO side effects that usually come with systemic anti-androgen drugs. I highly recommend trying this topical Rx if you have struggled like I have.
