Was admitted to the local hospital to receive this infusion. I was on day 8 of covid and headed to the graveyard if it wasn't for this medication. I started to feel better 15 minutes into the infusion, it felt as if something unplugged my airways and allowed HD breathing which I was down to 85% spo2 before the infusion it went to 95%. before being admitted I had severe muscle aches, migraine headache, high fever, and chills. I describe the muscle aches as 30 ppl beating me and then when I took ibuprofen I got only 4 hrs relief and the beatdowns came back like clockwork. The chills were bone-chilling as if I was placed on an iceberg nude in Antartica, it was awful I had blankets all over me I was so cold then I would get hot a break out into drenching sweats and not to mention it became difficult to breath as if an elephant was sitting on my chest. This drug saved my life, the symptoms reversed after 15 minutes. The only side effect I remember after returning home was having chills for about 6 to 8 hours and then I was fine. Vaccinated and had both boosters and still got very sick. High fever and deep cough with phlegm. Felt better the day after the infusion. Was prone to getting pneumonia years ago and this is exactehst it felt like. I’m convinced it stopped it in its tracks. I’m healthy with no underlying conditions. I rarely even catch a cold anymore. The urgent care was surprised my symptoms were this severe. I’m glad I made an appointment asap.

Received the infusion four days after positive covid test. Turned my symptoms around in three days.

My husband is a type 2 diabetic on Novolog flexpen. Since covid and bam infusion, his is needing to use much less insulin. He is now using about half the amount of insulin previously used. I wondered if any other patients have noticed such a change.

Tried to do the treatment for my covid symptoms-however not the fault of medicine but whatever is in it doesn't agree with my body.i had a bad reaction to it.

I had a very serious reaction to this. My reaction is not listed anywhere as a possible side effect. I have no doubt in my mind that I would have died if my nurse was not next to me when I started reacting. She quickly unhooked my iv and got a big dose of Benadryl to inject into my iv. It has been 16 hours at this point and I am still unable to walk unassisted (COVID had not affected my ability to walk prior to BAM). I have no known allergies so this was a huge unwanted surprise. I was also prescribed steroids and antibiotics to treat or stop pneumonia before it happened along with the Monoclonal antibody infusion brand bamlanivimab but my only regret is that I was told it stays in system for 3 months and I cannot longer breastfeed my son

By the 5th day of contacting Covid (best guess of when I acquired Covid from symptoms and testing confirmation), I had developed mildly severe cough, severe body aches and issues trying to breath (oxygen level at 85%). Lil had just sent out the first 300 drips under a Emergency FDA Release on, or about, November 09, 2020. My hospital was given 30 of the 300 drips released by Eli Lily. I Was given the hour long drip with another hour of observation, I was sent home and not admitted into the hospital. Some 12 hours later I began to lose my body aches and began to breath easier. By 24 hours I had lost all symptoms of Covid I had exhibited. My oxygen level went up exceeding 92% and the emergency room physician who saw me and then introduced the drip could not believe my recovery. I had infusion 3 says after my diagnosis. No doubts it saved my life.

Quite possibly saved me from a serious case of covid or worse. Many thanks to the doctor who was willing to recognize and recommend this treatment. Only the 2nd time used at the hospital I was treated.

Could have ended up on ventilator this infusion really works fast and great I would strongly recommend
