I’d you have moderate to moderate constipation, DO NOT USE THIS! Go with a different method. This had me on the toilet almost every 30 minutes for 12 hours. Explosive diarrhea. There was nothing left to pass other than my bodily fluids. Total dehydration. If I wanted to torture someone, this would be what I would give to them. Maybe if you have someone in jail that you wish the worst on, give them this medication. You will have peace of mind they have suffered.

Started this morning and woke up in myself didn’t even realize until I got up.talk about a mess!!???????but it got everything thing out I’m still on toilet on and off we’ll see how it goes .

Has anyone else on day 3 had bad dizziness? I had a good bowel movement Saturday morning after 1st dose on Fri night, so Saturday was good, Sunday just a very very small one, Monday I woke up so dizzy all day. I took 1st dose, but not the dinner one, because I cannot have this dizziness. It was awful!!

I have Colonic Inertia and I took this medication for 2 days and that was 2 weeks ago and have not had a bowel movement in 2 weeks! I am frantic! I am having a colonoscopy tomorrow and have not been able to get "cleaned out" yet for this procedure! I wish I had never taken those 4 pills ! Be Wary of your condition before starting a new medication!

The first day I took it before my first meal and I had taken 2 Colace the night before It worked wonderful. The second day I took the first one was in the bathroom forever and it didn’t clean me out completely and when I took the second one later at dinner I had push hard and very little came out. I was constipated. I am bloated with belly ache and feel the stool in my belly and my but stuck. I will never take this medication again.

I have been taking IBSRELA for 8 days now and I am worse than I was taking nothing. I eat and feel like there is a brick in my stomach, very bloated, pain in my lower back and stomach, still haven't had a proper bowel movement, have no control when I have a bowel movement, other words poop my pants and very gassy. I did have some symptoms before taking ibsrela but nothing like this. I can't find any where on how long before it is suppose to start working or if I should stop taking it due to my symptoms. I had a bad attack of diverticulitis this year. I have to keep my bowels moving! Was using only OTC but not always effective. Dr. gave me many prescriptions for all manner of IBS meds. Ibsrela is the best so far. I started with twice daily. That was not good for me. I did not feel well and it was not working well. Now I use it only intermittently - maybe a few days per months - at Drs. suggestion. I take it in the morning. It works fairly predictably. This medicine has made me so sick with extreme dehydration and a whole lot of lower back pain. I’d rather go back to linzess. With ibsrela the first day was successful, 2nd day took me 2-3 days before bowel movement, now I’m so dehydrated, and in pain. I thought i was having kidney stones but it’s back pain from this medication. It will make you have no appetite and no urge to drink.

I had high hope for this. The first day I took it and it was amazing. Had a bowel movement within one hour after taking it. The second time taking it. Had a bowel movement like 8 hours later as I was having my morning coffee. The third time, feels like there’s a brick in my stomach, literally had stool stuck in my rectum. So back to square one

It relieves pain and bloating. More regular bowel movements.
