I started taking this to help me with rashes that I have been breaking out with. Now after checking this website, I find that one of the side effects is rashes. However, I was rash free for almost a year, not it has started again even with this product. I have also been suffering with positional vertigo for the past month. Could Milk Thistle be the cause? I would like to know if anyone else has...
I've NEVER EVER been so socking my life. I must have been allergic to it. Looking back I should have called the squad. All I could do was sweat, vomit and lie still. I was so tired I thought I literally was going to die and it lasted for almost 2 days.

Positional Vertigo for 5 days from the first day I have taken it. I thought it is just because of adjustments but yeah, I am stopping it.

Figured I’d incorporate this supplement and “liver detox” only to deal with dizziness, nausea, rapid heartbeat. It feels like an anxiety attack that keeps on giving. I’ve had milk thistle before and don’t remember it having this effect on me before outside of a little nausea. I will not touch this stuff again.

I have taken Milk Thistle for 7 years 3 times a day now because I can't take interferon due to my other meds I take. Along with the MT I also take Alfa Lipoic Acid 1 time a day. My Dr. was a little unacceptable of the herbs but it hasn't nor has taking the combination has kept the Hep C in check. I have numerous illnesses along with Myathenia Gravis, Arthritis, Depression due to my Ostomy Bag......just to name a few. The MT has relieve a lot of anxiety.

I have Hep C. I have been using Milk Thistle for 10 years now right along with Liporic Acid for my Hep C. It has not cured my Hep C nor has it gotten worse. My Dr. said "as long as it is stable there's no since trying to fix it if it's not breaking!" You see I take medication for Depression and interferon will make the side effects dangerous.

I started taking milk thistle to help support my liver during acute pancreatitis. After taking this supplement for 5 days, I now realize the side-effects I've been experiencing began when I started taking the milk thistle. I've had diarreha, insomnia, irregular heartbeat and dizzy spells. I'm discontinuing use and hope these side effects go away very quickly.

A friend recommended I take milk thisthle for a belching problem that might be related to my liver. I now have what I believe to be a type of vertigo and light rash on my neck and under my chin. I have been taking this now for about a month. I will discontinue taking it as I am not on any other meds.

Milk Thistle was recommended for liver health because I am on statin drugs. I watched my liver enzymes go down over the past six months despite no change in the dose of statins. Needless to say I am thrilled that it appears to be effective.
