I have Sjogrens Syndrome, a condition that causes very dry eyes & mouth. I've used daily both the (regular) Refresh Relieva & Refresh Optive Gel Drops Extended Therapy, both 33oz. My eye doctor recommended both when he noticed that my eyes were "extremely dry." He recommended the Relieva during the daytime & Refresh Gel Drops at bedtime (it can blur vision). Both seem to work pretty well. But t...
Mold developed on the green top and transferred to the bottle. The design does not allow the top to close firmly and the bottle design makes it difficult to administer. Expensive and needs new packaging for multi dose delivery.

Ease of use is terrible. Can’t believe they continue to sell this product in this package.
Feels very good on eyes but I waste a lot of product waiting for it to come out even after I pump out 2 wasted drops.

Can’t get the product out of container. On the phone now with company and for the pass 30 minutes I have been on hold and started out #1 on the que. Amazon, Kroger and H-E-B has taken these off the shelf. My thoughts they are redesigning the bottle.

My eye doctor recommended both when he noticed that my eyes were "extremely dry." He recommended the Relieva during the daytime & Refresh Gel Drops at bedtime (it can blur vision). Both seem to work pretty well. But there are 2 drawbacks: they're too expensive for me & the company that makes it, Allergens plc, TESTS ON ANIMALS. I'm also questioning if any of the ingredients are Vegan. I'm doing my research to look for a Vegan alternative that's hopefully effective & less expensive. Read More Read Less

The bottle of Refresh Relieva .33fl oz size is impossible to squeeze. My husband and I
both had a difficult job, and I went out and bought a different brand.

works great if you can get the drops out of the bottle, will never purchase anything from this company. i know they tried to make you feel like you were getting a safe and sterile product, but come on. how is it intelligent people came up with a terrible application? they even warn you in step 6, that the drops remains in the bottle and may not dispense at the end, when used as directed. Nothing like paying for something and then being warned by the manufacture that your probably not going to get what you paid for. Read More Read Less
