I have been on this shot since May 2023. I had severe lethargy, nausea, and severe effects on my quality of life when I first started. The Dr cut back on dose, but now I am up to 30,000 units; has not been working as Dr expected. Will be switching to a different med in Nov. My diagnosis is MDS.

24 hours after receiving my second dose I experienced severe shortness of breath and total loss of energy. Four weeks later condition has not improved and my latest labs indicate that my CKD and blood count has worsened considerably.
