I find the equipment itself somewhat complicated to use compared to my regular nebulizer. It requires very specific installation and handling instructions, and I can imagine the elderly struggling with this. When I use the device and breath in the Lonhala, it burns going in. I've reached out to my physician to find out if there is something else I can use because this is very uncomfortable to use. If I had not had insurance to cover the cost of this medication, it would have cost me $1400.00. The company does offer vouchers and coupons, thank goodness. At this point, I do not have good things to say about this relatively new product.
