After the first two (same day) injections 180mg, I saw a dramatic reduction in my symptoms....cleared up my scalp 100% which was the most bothersome.

I just administered my 3rd shot - eg week 2. It might be a bit of a placebo effect but I FEEL better. My visible symptoms until recently have been isolated to some minor ear/surrounding scalp psoriasis. Nail psoriasis and a psoriatic arthritis diagnosis lead me to Taltz. I was reluctant to start this possible lifetime med but decided to do so because I hadn't felt right for a couple of years and started asking myself ... is this psoriatic arthritis effecting my in a whole host of inconspicuous ways. Time will tell, maybe they put some vitamin B in these ... ? Glad to feel good. Read More Read Less

I started Taltz 3 months ago for psoriatic arthritis with severe SI joint disease. While it is too early to know for sure if it will be effective I have gotten some SI joint pain relief, less in my feet and lumbar spine. Side effects are manageable and far less than Humira or Embrel. Injection is easy and painless.

Hasn’t worked for me at all, my head is still very itchy, the red, scaly skin seems to keep spreading on my face too. Still only on my second month of it so I hope it just takes time..

I have been doing my Taltz injections for a few years now. It WORKS!!! The only thing that I didn’t like was how painful the injection was and the large welt it left at the injection site. I just did my shot, and I didn’t even feel it!!! The new formula is amazing! So excited to not have to dread this every month!

THE PAIN IS GONE! Taltz literally saved my life, the only thing was the pain when injected, but it’s brief and once a month, so totally worth it. Last night I had my shot and waited for it and didn’t feel anything, nothing! I thought my husband had somehow done it wrong even though he’s been doing it for a long time. So I was looking it up today and read about the new formulation. I had no idea, but now I know it’s really true, it didn’t hurt at all! ??

I had the initial 2 injections (1 in each thigh) and those were the most painful shots I've ever had. Two weeks later tried the injection in my belly which when pinched and was a little less painful. I'm delayed a day for my next one because it's the first not getting from Dr and I can't bring myself to do the injecting, waiting for husband to come home and do it for me. That said my scalp is feeling better, I do feel improvement already. There just has to be a way to make these injections less painful. Read More Read Less

After two months of using Taltz, my skin was clear 99%. I had severe psoriasis on my legs and upper arms and I could not be happier with how my skin looks now. As amazing as this medication has worked, it is miserable. It takes me forever sitting with the shot in my hand to do it. SO PAINFUL. I have been on it for about a year and a half now and the shot gets worse every time. My skin became more sensitive while using this to where I can not use ANY fragrance product on my skin or I will break out almost instantly. Cuts and scrapes take longer to heal, bruises stay longer. Touch of IBS. But at least I do not look like a dalmatian anymore. ?????Read More Read Less

I have done many injections for my arthritis including humira, enbrel, cosentyx, etc. I just recently switched to Taltz and did my 2 injections yesterday 1 in my arm and 1 in my leg and by far these were the MOST painful injections I’ve ever done in my entire life. Thinking about switching medications just from how painful those were. Feels like it is super fast and deep and burns like crazy.

Very painful during and after injection. Started to lose some of the effectiveness when I started with once a month dosing. There must be a way to make this injection less painful. Thinking of switching to another medication for that reason alone.

I couldn't move my neck before Taltz. My back pain was pretty severe and I was stiff. I couldn't stand still to rest. I was impressed the day after the shot when I wake up and I could get off the bed. My neck range of motion is much better. My back pain is manageable. Stating all that, I have developed painful ulcers in my mouth, and I absolutely dread injection day because they are so painful it actually makes me dizzy.

Very painful from the infection. Other medication I have used in the past was not painful, like this one.

Cleared me up in 2 weeks. When RN used pinch skin method prior to auto-injector it was 100% painless! One time when too cool there was intense pinch. Results are AWESOME!

I started to notice a difference in just days. The injections hurt, but they are much better than the auto injector. Either way, worth it to have total relief of my symptoms. I did notice my skin being very sensitive to touch after using Taltz for a couple of months.

only on Taltz for two months (on my fourth shot), was on Cosentyx previously doing very well when insurance changed and had to start Taltz. Appears to be working but do NOT like the injections. Wanted autoinjector.
