I take this OTC medication for Sleep Support. It is extraordinarily effective, easy to use, and satisfactory. After consummation of this OTC medication, I fall asleep within 40 minutes. In addition, I wake up 6-8 hours later, feeling as though I just had the best REM sleep--ever.
