IBgard has been phenomenal. I never write medication reviews, but this literally cleared my symptoms (bloating, gas, gurgling stomach) within 24 hours, with my stomach feeling flatter.....by weeks end, my constipation was reduced, face felt thinner and I had this sudden surge of energy and focus that i haven't had in years. Possibly all the toxins being flushed out or something? Don't know the exact reason, but this has been a life changer for myself.

Worked for me ; the doc told me 24 hours I found relief after just 2 hours and I have teribble IBS. Will keep buying because it doesnt cause side effects and it’s peppermint oil based can’t beat that! Was on sale when I bought it plus used coupons not too pricey for what it does.

I love Ibgard! Tried multiple prescription IBS treatments and this is the only one that was inexpensive, doctor recommended and didnt give me weird side effects. It works!

Easy to swallow pill. However, made pain and cramping from IBS 100 times worse. It has been five days since my last pill, and I am still burping up mint and the cramps are keeping me awake at night. I would NOT recommend this for IBS.

Just after taking it for a couple days I developed stomach cramps and diarrhea.

Suffering from upset stomach, bloating, cramping. Dr thinks IBS. Gave me sample of IBGard to try. Excellent results so far. Bloating gone, stomach feels much better. Highly recommend.

It works for me. I've had vast improvement for almost a year. I still get attacks but not as many as before. I take every single day 3x. When I start missing does I end up with a severe attack. I refuse to confess IBS over my body. This does make a difference. Go online to their website & download the coupon $2.00 off. Helps a little for the steep price. I carry some in my purse.

I usually take one pill 30 minutes after I eat. Apart from mild pepperminty burps, there hasn't been any adverse side effects.

I have ibs c and my tummy hurt all day took the ibgard and got some pain free time.i would say try it.

Severe pain disappeared. Bloating was greatly improved

I am taking this for gastritis and overall severe stomach acid (not reflux or heartburn). The pill is too large to swallow comfortably...but otherwise it has worked wonders on the acid. I am still eating bland food...but this has improved the quality of my life. I have experienced no side effects.

My symptoms for IBS was so bad I decided to try it. I take 1 pill before each meal. Lo and behold my symptoms stopped! I still have loose bowel movements but the stomach agitation, gas, constant belching and severe bloating subsided. I will continue this regimen until I see my gastro.

IBgard has a very good promotional add, "but" it does not deliver what it promises. The ad's on tv and the description on the label of the box, sounds like a very promising product, but for a person who has a mild case of IBS, who I would think it should have worked according to it's promise.....it does not "work". I am a very dissatisfied customer for two reasons: I called the company for a refund, they have refused. Walgreens Drug store where I bought it does not refund on this item, either. I have IBS with alternating constipation and diarrhea. This made me extremely dizzy nauseous and have sweats. Still belching - I cannot take this

Tried this for my daughter who suffers from IBS related to her anxiety and I didn't want her on those other medications that might cause other issues. This pill is known to be safe and natural. The doctor recommended her to take 2 a day since she has really bad abdominal pain as well. So far so good. The taste is of peppermint and it really helps her to relax without any issues so far. She says the pain went away after an hour or so of the first pill. She's been on it for 6 days now so will see how long before she feels completely normal again.Read More Read Less

This pill is god awful. I took it as directed too (30 minutes before a meal). I took two yesterday, as it directed and immediately started burping peppermint for the rest of the day. This pill initially made me very gassy (and it was much more uncomfortable than my IBS symptoms, as pepto will ease those in 20 minutes. I took one more pill today, despite my hesitation. Within 10 minutes I had those sharp pains associated with diarrhea, awful smelling gas, and....what do you know, diarrhea. I now have to miss an event I paid to go see and my IBS-D is not amplified. I called the information number and they assured me that the burping is normal (as the pill it meant to empty you of extra gasses trapped in your body) but denied diarrhea being a symptom. I NEVER get diarrhea like this. I might get looser stools normally with my IBS, but not this internal gurgling and bubbling. Your product should not be sold to IBS sufferers. I am now suffering more. I am also far more tired than I normally am-which I had read in other people's reviews. I slept a full 12 hours and I am still tired, with an awful headache and nausea. Read More Read Less

Didn't notice any difference in symptoms. No side effects to note.

Started working very fast. Was able to find relief in the same day I took it. No issues just tasted like peppermint kinda.
