I took this treatment to quickly cure my minor yeast infection. I inserted it around 10pm and woke up the next morning with the worst itchy, burning vag Iâ??ve ever had. My doctor said this drug can make yeast infections worse. I know the 3-7 day treatments are fine, but I wonâ??t ever use the 1 day treatment again.

Thank you Monistat 1!!! I had a very severe yeast infection (due to pregnancy). I've been in consistent pain, itching, burning, swelling, welts, sores, you name it - for months. I didn't know much about yeast infections, and I honestly had no clue on how to get it treated. I was losing a lot of sleep because the yeast would keep me up all night, tearing away at my vagina. I had forgotten what it was like to have a normal/healthy vag until I discovered Monistat! I took it at night, inserted the ovule, spread the cream and awaited the results. The same night my itching and discomfort decreased 50% and now night #2, the yeast is COMPLETELY gone! No itching, irritation, burning, swelling - NOTHING! My prayers have been answered. I can finally rest. I am 8 months pregnant, and yeast has taken over and completely destroyed my entire pregnancy with all these sleepless nights and tiring days of CONSTANT itching and burning. I really thought I would never see the day it went away. I'm blown by the results. 100000% reccomend! I can actually sleep with the covers on now (instead of keeping a fan on my vagina all throughout the night just because the cool/dryness gave me a tiny ounce of relief!). I also don't need to keep toilet paper by my bedside anymore to continue wiping yeast out of my vag. Or constant runs to the shower throughout the day/night to get a little relief washing out yeast and cooling down burns and welts on my vulva area from the itching. I could really go on and on! I am just so grateful. You really don't appreciate a normal-functioning vagina until it's taken from you! I just want to say again - MONISTAT WORKS! Definitely worth $23-30 bucks you will spend on it. Because there is NO price too high when it comes to something as serious as a yeast infection can be. It took 8 MONTHS of my life away from me. I had to be taken to the ER due to the use of this product! The pain was unbearable and I had to be placed on medication to calm the side effects. GO TO THE DOCTOR!This product is not worth the pain.

I felt instant relief and it was completely clear within a day or two. Monistat one is literally a godsend. Itâ??s so easy to use and definitely a lot more convenient than going to the doctor and waiting for hours.

Iâ??ve used this product twice now. The first time I used it I was unaware of how I would react. Of course taking 1, the dosage is obviously higher than 3 or 7, which made me a little weary to take it. After about an hours or so, I was in so much pain. I started panicking and wanted it out. After an hour or two of insane burning and itching, I felt great! My symptoms were pretty much gone! I got another yeast infection about 6 months later and tried it again. This time I knew what I was up against. Once I took it again, it was almost instant relief. I have little to no pain or itching this time. It was great! Just don't buy it. Go see your doctor and actually get checked out. This product burned my vagina so bad. And the itching was insane. The pain of a raw feeling vagina ... Not happy at all with this product. But like they say every one's body reacts different. Be careful ladies.

Tried everything else but this product has worked tremendously. I would definitely use this again if needed.

I was really nervous to use Monistat 1 after the reviews. I am someone who is sensitive to a lot of medicines, so I was sure I would have all of the negative side effects. I am very busy so I was looking for a quick remedy for my yeast infection which was why I chose the 1 day instead of 3 or 7 day. I inserted the ovule right before I went to sleep. It was very easy to insert. I laid there for about 15 minutes waiting anxiously for pain and burning to start, but it never did! The next morning I woke up still fine, the yeast infection symptoms had not eased up at all yet. Slowly over the next few days, they began to ease up. Oh my gosh my vagina is literally on fire. I donâ??t know how to get this out of me and Iâ??m starting to swell. I tried to feel around for the ovule and couldnâ??t get it out. Iâ??ve never experienced something like this!! I have no allergies or any medical issues. Iâ??m hoping I can ignore this pain and fall asleep and hopefully wonâ??t wake up with burning or swollen lips/labia, but I highly doubt that. I wish I had read the comments before purchasing this. What started out as a slight itch turned into a monster after using this product. I used this at about 10pm right before I went to bed. By a little after 12am I woke up to a whitish discharge so a pad is a must but that wasn't all. I was Itching and burning so bad I almost cried. I went to the bathroom and rinse off with water several times and felt some relief, dried off and applied the ointment - worst mistake EVER. It burned and itched even more. I ran to the bathroom and rinsed off again then applied a different ointment I had bought several months back and feel great relief right now. I use the product, and I woke up out of my sleep burning. I finally fell asleep and I woke up feeling better. It's pretty harsh at night but by the morning you will feel better.

I bought the multi-pack that includes the cool wipes, vaginal ovule, and external cream, for my mild case of yeast infection. Prior to the application, I washed and dried my perineum with only warm water (no soaps) and dried the area well. I then sanitized my hands before the application, and inserted the ovule as far up as I could, cleansed the external skin with the cool wipes (such a relief), and applied the cream, gently rubbing it until it disappeared. I wore an old pair of cotton underwear with no pantyliners as I believe the medication that leaks out would continue to treat the external area. I made sure to lie down for 40 minutes after to make sure it says in. I experienced relief from the itching within the first 8 hours, and my symptoms were cleared by the 3rd day. My vagina is swollen and burning, it hurts so bad wow.

My overall experience with Monistat was Awesome! I took the 1200MG 1 day and I wore a thin pad cleared the yeast in about 3 days and the itching went away completely in 7 days, I had got a horrible yeast infection from taking antibiotics which resulted In a uti and BV so antibiotics back to back which made me have reoccurring yeast infections and even the prescribed medicine for the yeast infection did NOTHING for me so I went to Wal-Mart and decided to purchase this since one of my doctors recommended this product vs. the prescription and of course before purchasing I read the reviews and it was a combo of good and bad but I decided to give it a go and as stated this was heaven for me! even the itch relief cream did wonders for me I will def recommend this product vs vagisil which BTW has the most horrible smell ever. I had very mild symptoms of a Yeast infection, so I figured the one dose would be sufficient. I took in Sunday night and a few hours after insertion it burned and itched. I refrained from itching and all day Monday I was fine. Tuesday and Wednesday were pure hell, my yeast infection came back a lot worse. I had more tenderness and discomfort than I had ever had before. I do not recommend this product!

I'm kind of glad I didn't read too many reviews before trying this because I may not have tried it. I had a good experience - cleared my somewhat average symptoms within 2 days. Do be prepared not to do anything active for the couple hours after putting in the capsule though, even walking made me feel like it was all falling out! A pantyliner is a must in my opinion.

I used the medication last night and was afraid it would burn because of the comments, but surprisingly it was the best experience!! No itching or burning and it helped me really well!
