I have fibromyalgia and this product made my muscles and all over body sore worse. It caused more tenderness and knotting of my muscles. I finally traced the problem back to when I started taking Osto bi Flex. I stopped it and after a few days symptoms eased and went away all together days later. Now, this may be my metabolism or a sensitivity relevant to just me. But, I could not use it. I also have Osteo Arthritis and I have to take Glucosamine to help lubricate the joints.
