On month 4 and it has changed my life from 3 heavy pads/day to none. It takes time to reach peak efficacy.I take it alone (not combined with BP meds). Savings Card avail.online for $50 discount. I pay $20 per month. I have my dignity back.

I have taken it for three days and on the second day I noticed I was breaking out with hives different area's. Today the third day after waking up I noticed my lower/bottom lip numb and swollen up. I feel it was the Myrbetriq 25mg since this was the only new drug I had taken recently.

the drug worked almost immediately in as far as it took away the dry mouth, eyes and throat. I have been taking it for 3 wks and unfortunately it is causing me to swell. My body is retaining fluid so I am going back to my enablex. Also, it is very expensive.

I've been using the medication to treat my urge incontinence. Though I'm younger than the "typical" age to begin having bladdar issues, I've tried a variety of meds to fix my noncompliant bladder. After a month so far of Myrbetriq... I have saw a minimal change. My next option is to try Botox bladdar injections. On the other hand, thankfully I can report no side effects with Myrbetriq.

I've tried Vesicare and Detrol LA with the usual side effects of dry eyes, didn't want to wear my contacts, headaches, and difficulty going when I needed to go. Been on myrbetriq for a few weeks and I can tell a difference. When I need to go I can go without having to sit there and wait for my bladder to relax. Still have to run a few times after a cup of coffee, but there have been marked improvements in urgency and frequency otherwise. I've struggled with this problem all my life and hope that this medication will become less expensive so that I can continue taking it. Read More Read Less

I took this medicine for 10 days and suffered no side effects and no benefits. On day 11 I vomited 2 hours after taking it on an empty stomach. On day 12 I vomited 1.5 hours after eating, had dry mouth, fatigue, racing heart, chills, terrible but intermittent joint pain, headache, loss of appetite all day and back ache.

I tried Vesicare & Topiaz & had no improvement. For me Myrbetriq started helping almost immediately. I haven't noticed any side effects.

I have been on other meds for OAB for years and nothing has worked like this one does! It must be used in conjunction with another OAB so I am on oxybutin and this and it is the best results I have ever had in around 7 years. I have only been on it one month but it worked almost immediately. I am only 44 but I suffer from frequent urination, urgency, and overactive bladder. This has ruined my daily life but this med has made a difference like nothing else ever has. If it isn't working for you it may be because it is supposed to be taken with another OAB drug, not just alone.Read More Read Less

My stomach is distended, I am constipated unless I use laxatives in addition to probiotics, Activia, and Metamucil. I am very uncomfortable at the end of each day with a stomach which feels hugely bloated.

My problem is leaking during the day and incontenince at night when getting up in the night. Upon taking 1 pill I have not had incontenince at night and rarely loose urine duing the day. I have been on it for about 2 weeks and have not noticed any side effects. I was put on other medications and none of them worked before I was put on the mybetriq. I think it is very pricey but worth it.
